Publicación Acceso abierto La disfuncionalidad familiar y los estudiantes infractores a través de la peritación psicológica - CEBA Miguel Grau, Lima 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-29) Jimenez Cardoza, Emigdio Francisco; Montellanos Cabrera, Henry SamThe present research aims to reveal the degree of influence that dysfunctional families exert on the students of CEBA "Miguel Grau" night shift, face-to-face mode, from Magdalena del Mar, Lima 2020, for this research a sample of 130 Students of the faceto-face modality, being a mixed population of 67 women and 63 men, it is a Basic Descriptive investigation, it uses two variables, one independent and one dependent, the approach is quantitative with statistical procedures and data collection, the research design is not experimental, it is cross-sectional. The inclusion and exclusion criteria are, being a registered student, in the 2021 period, night shift, face-to-face, the instruments used are the enrollment form, Survey validated by experts (prepared by the author), The results conclude that the Dysfunctional Family Variable directly influences the Variable offending behaviors in students. In a significant way, and concluding that students with antisocial and sometimes offending behavior problems as a whole come from dysfunctional families with serious problems in communication, stability, control and some overcrowding. And antisocial and offending behaviors showed addictions, violence, desertion and uncontrolled emotional behaviors.Publicación Acceso abierto Distorsiones cognitivas y conducta agresiva en presuntos autores de agresión sexual en una Institución Pública del Estado, Lima 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-09-29) Soto Santivañez, Milagros Yulisa; Casana Jara, Kelly MilagritosThere are studies that indicate that sexual offenders present many cognitive distortions, including erroneous beliefs and attitudes, the purpose is to show how cognitive distortions are linked to aggressive behavior, which are involved in sexual aggression, allowing us to prevent, avoid and predict this crime. Objective: To determine the relationship between cognitive distortions and aggressive behaviors of alleged sexual aggressors in a public institution of the State of Lima, 2023. Materials and methods: It has a non-experimental design of correlational level, deductive method of applied research type, quantitative approach, descriptive correlational design. The Cognitive Distortions Scale - EDC instrument was applied, created by the authors are Abel, Gore, Holland, Camp, Becker & Rathner in 1989, adapted in 2016 by Cepeda, Zulma; Ruiz, José in Colombia, which consists of 29 items; with a Crombach's Alpha coefficient of 0.783 and the AQ Aggression Questionnaire created by Buss and Perry in 1992; which contains 29 items, adapted in Spain by Rodríguez et al, Buss and Perry's Aggression Questionnaire adapted to Peru by Matalinares, et al., 2012, obtained an alpha of 0.83 in the reliabilities. Results: In the variable cognitive distortions with 74.07 % is at a high level and aggressive behaviors with 90.12 % are at a high level, also the correlation between cognitive distortions and aggressive behaviors according to Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient is 0.351, which indicates that it is positive. Seen from the criminalistic perspective. In the verification of the general hypothesis, a very weak correlation was found, a value that leads us to accept that there is a relationship between psychological affectation and family violence. The quantitative method is used, basic type research, non-experimental design, correlational level. The sample obtained is two hundred adolescents, in which non-probabilistic random sampling was used, with cases reported in the CEM of Víctor Fajardo. The arrival of the conclusion is determined in the Pearson Correlation r = 0.098 demonstrating an extremely low correlation between psychological affectation and family violence. Situation that urges reinforcing comprehensive evaluations with other professionals to determine values that can be contrasted at the time of decision-making.Publicación Acceso abierto Rasgos de personalidad y la afectación psicológica en víctimas de violencia familiar en la Unidad de medicina legal II de Ucayali, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-12-12) Salas Rengifo, Herson Alejandro; Jáuregui Montero, José AntonioThe objective of this research is to determine the relationship between personality traits and psychological affectation in victims of family violence in the Legal Medicine Unit II Ucayali, 2023. The methodology used by means of a hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach, of applied type, non-experimental design, descriptive. The study sample consisted of 108 participants who were victims of family violence, and two self-developed questionnaires were applied to data collection. The results specified that Spearman's Rho score was .995, with a bilateral significance of 0.000 with a value < 0.05, which indicates a very high level of positive correlation. Concluding, that there is a significant relationship between personality traits and psychological affectation, that is, it increases personality traits and therefore increases the psychological affectation in victims of family violence in the Forensic Medicine Unit.Publicación Acceso abierto Uso de plaguicidas en delitos contra la vida, el cuerpo y la salud, en personas mayores de 18 años de Junín, 2019 - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-09-14) Araujo Amaro, Dayane Sayuri; Orellano Benancio, LizbardoThe development of this investigation used the Toxicology and Forensic Chemistry Expert Reports of the Forensic Toxicology Laboratory of the Criminalistics Office of the National Police of Peru VI MACREPOL - JUNÍN, from 2019 to 2021, with the general objective of describing the incidence of the use of pesticides and crimes against life, body and health in people over 18 years of age. For this research, the deductive scientific method was applied, being of a descriptive level correlational type and used a non-experimental design. 781 Expert Reports were collected, from which a sample of 258 Expert Reports was obtained who presented a positive reaction to the characteristics of the pesticides (organophosphates and carbamates) with the types of crimes (suicide, homicide and femicide). The results were statistically elaborated using the SPSS V26 software, for the statistical evaluations referring to the numbers of cases found in the Toxicology Expert Reports; being 17.4% the cases of people who used pesticides, while 82.6% did not use it, 17.7% of people suffered crimes, compared to 82.9% who did not present it, the results and their corresponding analyzes were presented in figures and graphs. In conclusion, the relationship of positive records for the use of pesticides has been described, 97.8% evidence the presence of crimes, followed by discussions with other authors.Publicación Acceso abierto Validación predictiva y situación futura del cuestionario conducta antisocial delictiva ad, en adolescentes con antecedentes de conducta problemas en instituciones educativas DE Lima Sur 2019 - 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-01-28) Gamarra Velarde, Edson Carlos; Casana Jara, Kelly MilagritosThis work had the purpose of evaluating the predictive validation and future situation of the criminal antisocial behavior questionnaire, in adolescents with a history of behavior problems in educational institutions. The sample was made up in 2019 by a total of 893 adolescents and in 2020 by a total of 629 adolescents from 3 ° -5 of secondary school of the male gender. Regarding reliability by internal consistency, a Cronbach's Alpha was obtained in 2019 of 0.932 and in 2020 of 0.854 for the total questionnaire, for 2019 it is obtained 0.836 for the first factor (antisocial behavior) and 0.837 for the second factor (criminal behavior) and for 2020 we obtain 0.763 for the first factor (antisocial behavior) and 0.793 for the second factor (criminal behavior); Regarding the item analysis, correlations greater than 0.20 were obtained for the entire questionnaire. Regarding content validity with values greater than 0.80 in the V of Aiken in all items; In construct validity, 2 factors were extracted that explained 45.68% of the total variance. In all the variables (p <0.05) significant differences were found, norms were established according to age and school grade control variables.
