The applied methodology consisted of an investigation with a qualitative approach, of an applied type; the design is descriptive phenomenological. As results, a series of criteria necessary for expert intervention was generated. Ica - 2022. Materials and methods: the hypothetical-deductive method was used, quantitative approach, applied type, experimental design, the sample consisted of 120 blood stains through a nonprobabilistic sampling by convenience, using human blood, animal and vegetable extract, the technique used is observation and the data collection instrument was an observation guide. Results: by means of the statistical test of the Lambda coefficient and the rho spearman coefficient, the immunochromatographic FOB HI Rapid Test shows a significant relationship (p= 0.00) in the detection of blood stains of human origin, as well as a sensitivity of 100%, specificity of 100%, positive predictive value of 100%, negative predictive value of 100% and a level of concordance of almost perfect (kappa index of 1.0). Conclusions: the immunochromatographic FOB HI Rapid test, is effective in the detection of blood stains of human origin for forensic purposes. In addition, because it has a high sensitivity and specificity value, it will not give false positives or false negatives. The study is quantitative, descriptive and retrospective, the cases of hanging in the city of Lima are analyzed; In 2014, the data was obtained through legal medical reports, from the Morgue Central de Lima, with a sample of 108 cases. It was determined that, in the central morgue of Lima, in 2014, there were no cervical injuries that allowed to determine that the deaths by hanging were by post-morten suspension, that is to say that all had as etiology the suicide. Neck grooves, muscle injuries, hemorrhages of vascular tissue, carotid tears, hyoid fracture or thyroid cartilage, are macroscopic findings that allow diagnosis of death by hanging, in cases where there may be suspicion of criminality, you can Check bleeding from vascular tissue or carotid tears that are vital indicators. The type of research in this thesis was basic, with a descriptive correlational methodological design with a sample of 18 workers. This investigation will determine the differences in morphometry and histological infrastructure, and decomposition time between the bone of the Canis lupus familiaris (dog) and Homo sapiens (man) during the study of anthropological forensic investigations, which will be applied to the discard method to the differentiation of a bone rest of a human with that of non-human. The method used in this research was hermeneutical, with a qualitative approach, phenomenological design, taking as a sample to the population of 08 specialists to examine the reasoning and rigor of the respective examination of police technical reports on traffic accidents. On the other hand, 2 prosecutors, 2 police officers, 2 trial lawyers and 2 experts with experience in traffic cases were interviewed. The instrument was applied to them, this being an-interview; the Atlas Ti-Version 9 program was used for data analysis. Having carried out the analysis as results, it can be seen that to evaluate how police technical reports contribute to crimes due to traffic accidents in Callao, 2023, five important axes were identified: which are detailed below: 1. This has been using hematological identification and diagnostic tests such as the Adler Test, Hexagón Obti and Bluestar to determine the presence of blood, which can be transported for genetic analysis; For this reason, the main objective of this investigation was to determine if the previous use of hematological identification and diagnostic tests affects the subsequent obtaining of the genetic profile in processed garments, using an applied methodology, of a quantitative approach and of a non-experimental design, with a sample of 13 garments analyzed in both forensic laboratories. Once these data were obtained, they were analyzed using the IBM SPSS STATICS Software, version 20. Likewise, for the hypothesis test, Fisher's exact test was used, derived from a Pearson Chi-square analysis; having as results the amplification of 100% of the samples analyzed with the Adler Test and 88.9% of the samples analyzed with Bluestar, however, it was not possible to obtain results from the Hexagón Obti since the samples worked with this reagent were not analyzed. in the laboratory of Molecular Biology and Genetics. The methodology used by means of a hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach, of applied type, non-experimental design, descriptive. The study sample consisted of 108 participants who were victims of family violence, and two self-developed questionnaires were applied to data collection. The results specified that Spearman's Rho score was .995, with a bilateral significance of 0.000 with a value < 0.05, which indicates a very high level of positive correlation. This descriptive methodology study, Cross-sectional, retrospective and correlational analysis, analyzed 90 digital panoramic radiographs (43 women and 47 men), selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria established for the study. Where dental development was assessed using the Demirjian method, Kappa analysis revealed no significant effect at the time of assessing intraobserver error (0.7525), at a significance level of 0.05. The "r of Pearson" correlation was used to establish the relationship between the variables. As a result, there is a significant correlation, in addition to a correlation coefficient of r = 0.895. It was also found that in the female gender group the correlation was higher (r = 0.915), the results showed that there is no correlation of the variables for the age groups of 9, 10 and 13 years. In this regard, the study has determined that there is a significant relationship between the acts resulting from the human bite and family violence, taking this different magnitude in relation to the location in which the injury occurs, as well as the compromised tissues and that this has a relationship from a sociodemographic point of view between the victim and the perpetrator. The research has a quantitative approach, the level of research is descriptive correlational and the research design is non-experimental; The sample taken for this study was 93 patients treated at Hospital de Apoyo II-2 Sullana whose clinical histories come from the period 2020- 2023 for which they reported bite injuries. Unidad Médico Legal II Lima Este, 2021-2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-06-22) Mauricio Olivera, José Alejandro; Casana Jara, Kelly MilagritosFor the analysis of Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA), the objective of the present study was to evaluate the usefulness of the clinical inmunochromatographic tests (PIC) ECOTEST, CTK BIOTECH and MONTEST in detecting PSA in forensic samples of vaginal swabs taken as evidence in cases of crimes against sexual freedom in the Legal Medical Unit II Lima East; 2021-2022. The research design is non-experimental, applied, cross-sectional, descriptive and comparative. Fifty vaginal swabs were analyzed; each swab was subjected to the seminal fluid recovery technique and inoculated in the wells of the ECOTEST, CTK BIOTECH and MONTEST ICP cassettes. The BLUESTAR Identi-PSA forensic immunochromatographic test (PIF) was considered as a reference test (gold standar). Similar excellent results were obtained for the three ICPs (ECOTEST, CTK-BIOTECH and MONTEST): Sensitivity of 100% (CI 95%=98.98%-100%), Specificity of 100% (CI 95%=97.62%-100%), Validity Index of 100% (CI 95%=99.00%-100%), Positive Predictive Value (PPV) of 100% (CI 95%=98.28%-100%), Negative Predictive Value (NPV) of 100% (CI 95%=97.62%-100%). Similar statistical results were also obtained for the three PICs: Youden Index with a value of 1.00, ROC Curve with an AUC =1.00 at 95% CI; and Cohen's Kappa Indices with a value of 1.000 and 0.000 standard error. The sample was made up in 2019 by a total of 893 adolescents and in 2020 by a total of 629 adolescents from 3 ° -5 of secondary school of the male gender. Regarding reliability by internal consistency, a Cronbach's Alpha was obtained in 2019 of 0.932 and in 2020 of 0.854 for the total questionnaire, for 2019 it is obtained 0.836 for the first factor (antisocial behavior) and 0.837 for the second factor (criminal behavior) and for 2020 we obtain 0.763 for the first factor (antisocial behavior) and 0.793 for the second factor (criminal behavior); Regarding the item analysis, correlations greater than 0.20 were obtained for the entire questionnaire. Regarding content validity with values greater than 0.80 in the V of Aiken in all items; In construct validity, 2 factors were extracted that explained 45.68% of the total variance. It is the title of my research; topic that attracted, my interest as a researcher of the masters in criminal law, for which we proposed the following approach as a problem to solve or investigate: What is the probative value of the satellite images of the crimes against forests or forest formations in the Ucayali Region, 2017 ?, whose objective was to establish this expert probative value in crimes against forests or forest formations; therefore the hypothetical conjecture, indicates that; The probative value of satellite images of crimes against forests or forest formations in the Ucayali Region, 2017 is determining and positive. Via the qualitative legal method in its explanatory descriptive feature, we analyze our observation units taken from the population that in turn constitutes a sample, by the extension of it. Applied our instrument of 10 items, the sample confirms the approach of the problem and the hypothesis, with what our objective was achieved.
