    Factores de riesgo asociados a satisfacción en la atención del adolescente en el primer nivel de atención en una micro red Cajamarca 2024

    Objective: To determine the associated risk factors that are related to satisfaction with adolescent care at the first level of care in a Micro network Cajamarca 2024. Materials and method: The research method is hypothetical deductive with a quantitative, applied, correlational approach and non-experimental, cross-sectional design. Where 130 adolescents from 12 to 17 years of age from the IPRESS of a Micro network of Cajamarca participated. The dependent variable was user satisfaction. Three factors were considered: Individual factors, Family/social factors, Health service factors. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. Results: 50.8% of adolescents report a good level of satisfaction with care. 30.7% were 16-year-old adolescents, 50% female, 93.8% with secondary studies. A significant association was only found with individual factors (age, family type, head of family). A significant association was found between age, family type and head of household with user satisfaction.
