In relation to this, the questionnaire that will measure Burnout Syndrome will be the Maslach Burnout Inventory that proposes 22 items and covers three dimensions, where it points to emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and lack of personal fulfillment. On the other hand, the Work Performance Questionnaire will measure the other variable and has 28 items, which cover four dimensions, where they mention motivation, responsibility, leadership and teamwork, and training and personal development. It should be noted that the two questionnaires are valid and reliable, and they will also propose the high, medium and low level for both variables as the final value. Finally, in terms of data analysis, descriptive information will be reported using tables and frequencies, while inferential information will use Spearman's coefficient to determine the level of correlation.
