Resumen
The objective of this research project is to determine the level of Burnout Syndrome in the nursing staff of the Intensive Care Unit of a Minsa hospital in metropolitan Lima, evaluating the three dimensions of burnout: Psychological Exhaustion, Depersonalization and Personal Accomplishment. For this purpose, the Maslach Burnout Inventory Services Survey (MBI-HSS) will be used. The type of study is descriptive, cross-sectional, quantitative approach and non-experimental design. The type of sampling is non-probabilistic for convenience with a population made up of 55 nursing professionals from the intensive care area of a MINSA hospital. The results will then be analyzed and the most appropriate recommendations will be provided to the study group.
Resumen
El presente proyecto de investigación tendrá como objetivo determinar el nivel de Síndrome de Burnout en el personal de enfermería de la unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de un hospital del Minsa en Lima metropolitana, evaluando las tres dimensiones del burnout: el Agotamiento Psicológico, la Despersonalización y Realización Personal. Para ello se utilizará el Maslach Burnout Inventory Services Survey (MBI- HSS). El tipo de estudio es descriptivo, de corte trasversal, enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental. El tipo de muestreo es de no probabilístico por conveniencia con una población conformada por 55 Enfermería del área de cuidados intensivos de un hospital del MINSA. Posteriormente se analizarán los resultados y se brindara las recomendaciones más adecuadas al grupo de estudio.
