Resumen
The present thesis study sought to analyze the relationship of burnout syndrome with professional performance in nursing teachers from the Norbert Wiener University, Lima 2022. The methodology was quantitative, hypothetical - deductive of an applied type, nonexperimental and cross-sectional ¸The The study has non-probabilistic sampling, out of conviction, where 50 teachers from the Professional Academic School of Nursing of the Norbert Wiener University were taken. the instruments were two, Revised Teacher Burnout Questionnaire, The CBP-R questionnaire was submitted by Choy to an analysis of evidence of validity in Peru in 2017 linked to the content of the test through the qualification, said results were submitted to the Aiken's V coefficient at a level of p< 0.05, with all the items being values that oscillate between 0.95 and 1.00, which determines that the instrument is valid because it presents significant levels of the Aiken's V coefficient. And the Teacher Professional Performance Questionnaire, according to the statistical indicators applied by the researcher Rosales who validated the instrument in Peru in 2018, and is the author of the questionnaire, who submitted the instrument to the criteria of normality and validity, applying the KMO and Bartlett test whose measure of sampling adequacy was 0.937 and the Bartlett sphericity test yielded a chi-square of 2732.869 with a df of 378 and sig 0.000, which determined that the instrument is valid and the results that came out to us were that. The relationship between burnout syndrome in its emotional exhaustion dimension is medium with high professional performance in 46%, relating to 52%. The relationship of burnout syndrome in its depersonalization dimension is medium with high professional performance in 42%, relating to 77%. The relationship of burnout syndrome in its dimension lack of personal fulfillment is high professional performance in 78%, relating to 89%. The relationship of burnout syndrome is medium with high professional performance in 56%, relating to 74%.
Resumen
El presente estudio de tesis busco analizar la relación del síndrome de burnout con el desempeño profesional en docentes de enfermería de la Universidad Norbert Wiener, Lima 2022. La metodología fue cuantitativo, hipotético – deductivo de tipo aplicado , no experimental y de corte transversal ¸El estudio tiene muestreo no probabilístico, por conviccion, donde se tomaron 50 docentes de la Escuela Académico Profesional de Enfermería de la Universidad Norbert Wiener . los instrumentos fueron dos , Cuestionario de Burnout del Profesorado Revisado, El cuestionario CBP-R fue sometido por Choy a un análisis de evidencias de validez en el peru en el año 2017 vinculadas al contenido del test a través de la calificación, dichos resultados fueron sometidos al coeficiente de V de Aiken a un nivel de p<0,05, siendo todos los ítems valores que oscilan entre 0,95 y 1,00 lo que determina que el instrumento es válido por presentar niveles significativos del coeficiente V de Aiken. Y el Cuestionario de Desempeño Profesional Docente ,De acuerdo con los indicadores estadísticos aplicados por el investigador Rosales quien valido el instrumento en el peru en el año 2018, y es autor del cuestionario, quien sometió el instrumento a los criterios de normalidad y validez, aplicando la prueba de KMO y Bartlett cuya medida de adecuación de muestreo fue de 0,937 y la prueba de esfericidad de Bartlett arrojó un chi-cuadrado de 2732,869 con un gl de 378 y sig 0,000 lo que determinó que el instrumento tiene validez Y los resultados que nos salieron fueron que. La relación del síndrome de burnout en su dimensión cansancio emocional es medio con alto desempeño profesional en 46%, relacionándose en 52%. La relación del síndrome de burnout en su dimensión despersonalización es medio con alto desempeño profesional en 42%, relacionándose en 77%. La relación del síndrome de burnout en su dimensión falta de realización personal es alto desempeño profesional en 78%, relacionándose en 89%. La relación del síndrome de burnout es medio con alto desempeño profesional en 56%, relacionándose en 74%.
