Material and Methodology: The approach to be applied will be quantitative, non-experimental design, correlational observational and cross-sectional. Its population will be made up of 90 nurses who rotate in the Surgical Center of a High-Complexity Hospital. To measure the relationship between burnout syndrome and work stressors, the instrument entitled "Emotional response to work stress" will be applied, established by Fornés in 1994 and adapted by Coronado in 2006 with a reliability of 0.70, the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) will be applied, established by Cristina Maslach and Jackson in 1981 with a reliability of 0.95. The instruments will be administered in person, after administration of informed consent. En relación a la metodología, presenta un tipo básico, con relación al enfoque este vendría a ser cuantitativo, presentando como diseño el de relación, se evaluó a 300 trabajadores del área de seguridad como población, que laboran en la entidad, la muestra se conformó por el total poblacional; para el recojo de datos, los instrumentos empleados fueron la escala de clima organizacional y la escala de satisfacción en cuanto a lo laboral de Sonia Palma. En los resultados, dentro del análisis correlacional entre las dos variables de estudio, se encontró un valor sig. = 0.000 menor al margen de error y un r = 0.865 según la prueba de Spearman. Metodología: es de tipo aplicada, cuantitativa, observacional, transversal de nivel correlacional. La población de 80 enfermeros que laboran en UCI y la muestra censal. La primera variable aplicará el Cuestionario de condiciones de trabajo; creado por Bolaños, en Trujillo – Perú, en el 2021; consta de 28 ítems (α = 0.939); y la segunda variable el Cuestionario de desempeño laboral; por Condezo, en Lima – Perú, en el 2020; consta de 20 ítems (α = 0.920). La recolección de datos se hará aplicando una encuesta a todos los enfermeros. Identificar el estado real de dichas variables permitirá diseñar estrategias para prevenir el agotamiento y fomentar ambientes laborales saludables. Objetivo: determinar la relación de las condiciones de trabajo y la fatiga laboral del profesional de enfermería del Servicio de Neonatología de un hospital de la región Huánuco, 2025. Metodología: investigación aplicada, cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal. La muestra estará constituida por 46 profesionales de enfermería del Servicio de Neonatología. Para la toma de datos se utilizará dos cuestionarios validados y confiables que evaluarán a las condiciones de trabajo y fatiga laboral, así como a sus dimensiones. Diseño Metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. Diseño será método hipotético-deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal. Instrumento: Para evaluar la variable “Condiciones de trabajo” se utilizará el cuestionario que fue elaborado por Ana Soca en el 2023, la cual fue validado por expertos y confiable mediante Alpha de Crombach de 0,875; para evaluar la variable “Riesgos laborales” se aplicará el cuestionario que fue elaborado por Ana Soca, con un Alpha de Crombach de 0,893. La población será integrada por 45 profesionales de enfermería de la Central de Esterilización. Como método de recopilación de datos se usará la encuesta y el cuestionario para cada fenómeno en cuestión, los cuales han sido aprobados y cuentan con una gran fiabilidad. Tras aplicar los instrumentos, la información recopilada, codificada y registrada será organizada en un esquema tabular, que luego será evaluada de manera cuantitativa empleando el software SPSS 25.0. Material and Methods: design, quantitative systematic review. Population given by 156 articles, sample of 10 articles. The following databases were used: Pub Med, Scielo, Elservier, Cochrane. 100% quantitative type, study design 30% systematic reviews, 30% randomized controlled trial, 10% pre-experimental and 30% quasi-experimental. According to the quality of evidence, 70% were found to be high and 30% were moderate. According to the strong recommendation strength 70% and weak 30%; Depending on the country of origin, they correspond to the United States 20%, Turkey 20%, Canada 10%, Nepal 10%, Italy 10%, Iran 10%, Peru 10% and Colombia 10%. Results: 90% (n = 9/10) show the effectiveness of ergonomic interventions in musculoskeletal disorders in office IT workers and 10% (n = 1/10) differ because there is not enough evidence. Evidence-based nursing is characterized by its rigorous methodology, identifying select studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. The present investigation has been limited to articles specific to the research topic, the selected articles were subjected to rigorous analysis and reading, the grade system was used to determine the strength of recommendation. Results: For this research, 10 scientific articles with the highest level of evidence were selected. Materials and methods: The search was synthesized in 10 international investigations, where it was found that 40% of the investigations found correspond to the United States, 20% Australia, another 10% Colombia, 20% the United Kingdom and another 10% to Spain . Regarding the research design, 40% are experimental, 30% are randomized controlled trials, 10% are meta-analysis, 20% are systematic reviews, therefore, 100% of the evidence is of high quality; The data were obtained from Pubmed, Epistemonikos and scielo. Results: 100% of the evidence reviewed demonstrates that the mindfulness intervention is effective in reducing stress levels and improving the health and well-being of workers. Materials and methods: Systematic review of 10 articles extracted from the database: Epistemonikos, Pubmed, NCBI and Cochrane. 80% systematic reviews, 10% randomized controlled trial and 10% cohort study; 60% come from the USA, 20% from Canada, 10% from Italy and 10% from Europe. The GRADE system was carried out, quality of evidence 90% high and 10% moderate, strength of evidence 90% strong and 10% weak. Results: The majority of the articles evidenced the effectiveness of the training to improve the safety and health of workers and the rest indicated that further research is required to determine the mechanism of action of the safety and health interventions, and simultaneously evaluate the worker well-being and the applicability of occupational health and safety. Conclusions: Training favors the acquisition of greater knowledge and the commitment to adopt safe practices in the execution of tasks. In summary, it trains to avoid or act in the event of dangerous incidents and work accidents; Consequently, it guarantees the self-management of the safety and health of workers in their workplace.Publicación Acceso abierto Estrés laboral y bienestar psicológico en los conductores de transporte público de Lima Metropolitana, 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-09-18) De La Cruz León, Vanessa Lizett; Paico Ruiz, Marcos JoséEl presente estudio tuvo como objetivo establecer la relación entre el estrés laboral y el bienestar psicológico en los conductores de transporte público de Lima Metropolitana en el año 2025. Se aplicó un estudio de tipo básico, con método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y transeccional, y un alcance descriptivo y correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 201 conductores de una empresa de transporte público, con edades entre 21 y 65 años, seleccionados mediante muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante encuestas aplicando la Escala de Estrés Laboral de la OIT-OMS y la Escala de Bienestar Psicológico (EBP) de Ryff. Los resultados indicaron una correlación negativa y significativa entre el estrés laboral y el bienestar psicológico (Rho = 0,160, p = 0,023), lo que sugiere que a medida que el estrés laboral aumenta, el bienestar psicológico disminuye. En conclusión, el estrés laboral impacta negativamente en el bienestar psicológico de los conductores, evidenciando la necesidad de intervenciones para mejorar su entorno de trabajo. Siendo recomendable la implementación de programas de apoyo psicológico, optimización de la estructura organizacional, fortalecimiento de la cohesión laboral, mejora del liderazgo y capacitación en nuevas tecnologías, con el fin de reducir el estrés y mejorar la calidad de vida de los conductores y el servicio de transporte público en Lima Metropolitana.Ítem Acceso abierto Factors associated with anxiety in health personnel during the COVID-19 pandemic, at the Santa Isabel Clinic - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-08-05) Saucedo Jaimes, Andrea; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaThis research was conducted with the aim of “Determining the predisposing factors associated with anxiety in health personnel during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Santa Isabel clinic”. In this descriptive, quantitative and correlational cross-sectional study, a population sample of 104 health professionals was administered a questionnaire that allowed obtaining information regarding the factors associated with anxiety. The results showed that 33.7% were professionals between 40 - 49 years of age, 46% were single and 67.3% had at least one child; likewise, 48.1% were nursing technicians, 50% showed concern about becoming infected with COVID-19 and especially infecting their family members (74%), 71.2% showed satisfaction with the PPE received, and 65% did not consider that there was work overload. Descriptive method, cross-sectional with a quantitative approach, in a sample of 91 nursing professionals. Two surveys were applied by means of an empirical questionnaire on "mental load" and "Questionnaire on the care of the critical patient. Technique and instruments: it will consist of the application, to the selected sample, of structured surveys, the first survey related to mental load, the second survey related to the care of the critical patient, which will be done virtually through a web link, and through this technique information will be collected on the procedures that make up the structure of the study. To process the data, data will be collected through Microsoft Excel programs, where descriptive results will be obtained, through tables and graphs; Likewise, we will work with the SPSS program, which will provide us with the statistical results, in this way we will obtain the descriptive and inferential results of the study.
