The results show that 78.5% of food handlers do not apply Good Food Handling Practices, 57% present a valid health card, and 46% of food handlers demonstrate inadequate personal hygiene. It is necessary to intensify sanitary inspections, training, awareness, and sensitization of food handlers to ensure compliance with current sanitary regulations.
In order to determine the relationship of the organizational climate from the approach of Litwin and Stringer in the job satisfaction of the nursing staff working at the Hospital Cayetano Heredia, an analytical, correlational design work was performed on a representative sample of 51 nurses selected by systematic probabilistic sampling. Two structured questionnaires were applied: Litwin and Stringer and the General Satisfaction Scale validated by expert judgment. It was found that of the total of the unsatisfied workers 47 percent perceive an adequate work environment, while of the total of those satisfied 100 percent perceive the appropriate organizational climate, as we can see there are highly significant statistical differences (p < 0.001). Job satisfaction is related to some aspects of organizational climate dimensions: structure (organization and assignment of tasks), responsibility (trust for a job well done), reward (highlighting good work), risk (accessibility to new ideas and initiatives) ), interpersonal relationships (environment of friendship and respect), cooperation (teamwork and boss help), identity (predominance of personal interests) and performance standards (show interest in the completion of work). It does not show a significant relationship between the organizational climate in the dimension of conflict management and job satisfaction. In conclusion, there is a direct relationship between the two variables: organizational climate and job satisfaction. The institution presents a moderately adequate work environment and nurses show job satisfaction in 33.3% due to the fact that they feel that: the institution welcomes new ideas and work initiatives (risk dimension), existence of good social relations between heads and subordinates (dimension relations interpersonal), and they can count on their bosses and peers in difficult procedures (cooperation dimension).

Clima organizacional y la autoevaluación del desempeño laboral en el personal de enfermería de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, Lima 2023
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-08-31) Vilca Casas, Rina Teresa; Bonilla Asalde, Cesar Antonio
Introduction: The organizational climate is a useful tool in the management of human talent, allowing the organization to diagnose and carry out accurate interventions in the face of conflicts, inconsistencies and dissatisfactions, eliminating negative behaviors, attitudes and perceptions towards the structure and organizational processes. As pointed out by the WHO, an adverse organizational climate (OC) leads to problems in physical and mental health, absenteeism and losses in productivity and work performance (5). Objective: To determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the self-assessment of work performance in the nursing staff of the Intensive Care Unit. Method: The research methodology that will be used will be the Hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, nonexperimental design and applied, quantitative, cross-sectional, prospective and correlates. The study will work with the total population, which will be made up of 120 nurses who work in the General Intensive Care Unit Service of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital, 2023. The data collection technique will be the survey and as measurement instruments 2 questionnaires will be used: “Organizational Climate Scale (EDCO)-MINSA” and Evaluation of the work performance of the nursing professional in critical areas”. Both instruments have been validated through expert judgment and with a reliability index according to Cronbach's alpha of 0.87 and 0.94, respectively, concluding that both instruments are reliable for their applicability. For the processing and analysis of the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used, using the Kolmogórov-Smirnov normality test, due to having a population greater than 50, thus determining that the data do not come from a normal distribution (α = ,000), and therefore non-parametric tests were used for the statistical contrast. The relationship between the variables was established through Spearman's Rho statistic. Result: a direct, positive, moderate correlation (Rho= 0.443**) was evidenced between the variables organizational climate and self-assessment of Labor performance, as well as in its dimensions human talent (Rho = 0.494**) and organizational design (Rho= 0.440**), while the organizational culture dimension (Rho=0.347**) has a direct, positive, low correlation. Conclusion: it is concluded that there is a relationship between the study variables and a relationship was identified between the dimensions of the organizational climate and the self-assessment of work performance.
