Ítem Acceso abierto Anthropometric indicators and their relationship with eating habits in an educational institution in Metropolitan Lima, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-05-04) Cortez Pasache, Gianella Lucia; Mauricio Alza, Saby MarisolThe objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the indicators Anthropometric measurements and eating habits in adolescents in an educational institution of Metropolitan Lima 2023. Methodology: This research will be carried out under the hypothetical method deductive, The approach is quantitative, the type is applied, non-experimental design with cross-sectional and correlational section, the sample was made up of 200 adolescents from an educational institution in Metropolitan Lima. Results: A significant correlation is evident since P=0<0.002 and this is less than 0.05, similarly, the level of correlation is 0.221 between the indicators anthropometric and eating habits. On the other hand, the body mass index of the students of an educational institution in Metropolitan Lima, 9.5% (19) have a classification of obesity, 90.00% (180) have a classification of overweight and only 0.5% (1) have a normal classification. Likewise, the levels of the eating habits of the students of an educational institution in Lima Metropolitan, 66.5% (133) have healthy eating habits and 33.5% (67) have unhealthy eating habits. Materials and Methods: Systematic Reviews are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: 7 scientific articles were reviewed, whose main topic was the criteria and standards for the provision of nursing staff. Of all the articles that were found, the most relevant articles were included according to the level and quality of evidence, evaluating the agreement. and the discrepancy between the articles, and the least relevant ones were excluded. The articles were located in the databases: Scielo, Lilacs Lipecs, Medline. Conclusions: There are several diversified criteria and standards in Peru for the provision of nursing staff, which make coordinated work necessary at the level of the representative entities of Peruvian nurses. Health care companies or institutions do not apply a standardized model in the human resources management process. Said management is conditioned by the type of organizational system used, applied technology, action policy, work philosophy and existing human resources policy, purpose and functions of the personnel.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of an Educational Intervention on Knowledge and Practices of Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in Teachers of Educational Institution No. 64103 Teniente Diego Ferre Sosa, Ucayali – 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-08-05) Malpartida Silva, Isabel Gladys; Herrera Miranda, Oscar EnriqueThis study investigated how an Educational Intervention affects the knowledge and practices of Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in teachers of the Educational Institution No. 64103 Teniente Diego Ferre Sosa, Ucayali - 2023. It used a hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, applied, non-experimental, longitudinal and explanatory. 50 teachers from the institution participated, with a sample of 42. The pre-test results showed that 92.9% of the teachers had low knowledge in CPR, while the post-test revealed a significant increase: 59.5% reached a high level of knowledge, 35.7 % a medium level and only 4.8% maintained a low level. In practical CPR skills, the pretest indicated 92.9% with low effectiveness, improving to 59.5% with high effectiveness post intervention. These findings support the alternative hypothesis (H1) and reject the null hypothesis (H0), demonstrating the effectiveness of the educational intervention in improving both knowledge and practical skills of CPR among teachers.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of Nursing Interventions on Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter to Reduce Complications in Neonatal Intensive Care Patients(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-02-29) Tamara Suero, Carmen; Tacza Geraldice, Katty Brunella; Basurto Santillán, Ivan JavierObjective: Systematize the evidence about the effectiveness of nursing interventions in the peripherally inserted central catheter to reduce complications in neonates in the neonatal intensive care unit. Material and methods: Systematic reviews of 10 magazines chosen were used, through the base of Scielo, PubMed, Elsevier, Espistemonikos. Results: The effectiveness of nursing interventions of the peripherally inserted catheter to reduce infections in neonates, although the results of the systematic review carried out in the present study are true. In the 10 articles systematically reviewed, it mentions that 60% (6) report that more evaluation studies are required for greater effectiveness, 40% (4) show that infections can be reduced by reducing interruptions and greater safety. Conclusions: Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 6 of 10 evidence conclude that more evaluation studies are required for institutions to determine greater effectiveness. 4 of 10 articles show that errors can be reduced by reducing interruptions and greater safety. Material and method: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using the evaluation of the GRADE system to identify quality of evidence and grading of the strength of the recommendation. Results: In the final selection, 11 articles were chosen, of which 36.3% (04) correspond to Spain, 18.1% (04) belong to Mexico and two to Turkey, while 9% (03) were found research from Brazil, Italy and a study that integrates the countries of Brazil and Spain. Among systematic reviews, the countries of Italy, Spain, Mexico and Brazil were found with 45.5% and 54.5% were cross-sectional descriptive studies belonging to Brazil, Spain, Turkey and Mexico. Where the associated factors and consequences of mobbing on the mental health of the health worker could be identified. The family is the axis of humanity which has gone through changes in social, economic and political areas; variety is observed in family dynamics, affecting its activity and cohesion. This phase affects the adolescent who is in an evolutionary stage that is considered vulnerable since in this period there are hormonal changes, as well as cognitive immaturity since they are searching for their identity, admitting a change in the parent-child relationship. Resilience is the skill of the human being to face the difficulties that arise, being able to highlight and even be part of them. Resilience is the virtue to face misfortune and endure tragedies. Being resilient does not mean feeling discomfort, emotional pain or difficulty in the face of adversity. Materials and methods Research approach and design The approach will be quantitative, applied when the researcher is interested in collecting numerical data that can be analyzed by mathematical means. The design will be cross-sectional, correlational. Two surveys were used on family cohesion used by Olson (1985) and resilience used by Connor and Davidson (2003). Material and methods: The Systematic Review is scientific research that has as its unit of analysis original studies that outline the effects of multiple scientific investigations. Of which 80% of the Systematic Review type and 20% of the descriptive, cross-sectional study type. Results: 10 scientific articles were reviewed, of which 100% (10/10) report that mobbing has an impact on the mental health of nursing staff: having professional results with low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorders and a great emotional impact on severe cases suicide attempts. Somatization and physical health problems also present problems for the organization; 5 of the 10 articles indicate that the most sensitive age is under 30 years old and those over 45 years old, the areas where the highest number of cases were reported were in the hospitalization and emergency area. Conclusion: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 10 conclude that mobbing has a negative impact on mental health, especially in nursing professionals. On the other hand, European studies show that health workers have high levels of satisfaction, with 80% declaring they are satisfied or very satisfied. Determine the knowledge about intestinal parasitosis in mothers of children aged 3 to 5 years from an Initial Educational Institution in Lima Este -2019. Material and method. The study has a quantitative approach and a descriptive non-experimental design, the sample was made up of 72 mothers of children from 3 to 5 years old from the I.E.I. N°0041 El Bosquecito, the survey technique was used and the instrument was a questionnaire. Results. It was found that of 100% (72) of mothers, 53% (38) do not know and 47% (34) know about intestinal parasitosis. In the case of conceptual aspects; 69% (50) do not know and 31% (22) know; Regarding clinical manifestations, 61% (44) do not know and 39% (28) know; Regarding transmission routes, 65% (47) do not know and 35% (25) know and about prevention measures, 60% (43) do not know and 40% (29) know. Conclusions. The majority of mothers do not know about intestinal parasitosis, making healthy habits difficult for mothers to avoid intestinal parasitosis that would affect the growth and development of their children. Materials and methods: hypothetical deductive methods Quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, and non-experimental design, with a population of 80 relatives of psychiatric patients who attend the INSM Honorio Delgado-Hideyo emergency service Noguchi, in the period of June - July 2022, the anxiety level will be measured, which was used as the Hamilton anxiety scale with 13 items and 4 response options for psychological anxiety and somatic anxiety with Results: 40 to 52, medium 16 to 36, mild 16 to 25. Level of satisfaction with nursing care in family was measured with a Likert scale with 4 response options and a 24-hour questionnaire was used. Results: The effects will be displayed in statistical tables and graphs, using measures of central tendency for quantitative analysis. Results: The search was carried out in the Scielo, LILACS, EBSCO, Dialnet, Pubmed database. A total of 50 articles were reviewed, of which 9 articles were selected that contained staffing topics related to quality of care. The scientific articles included were cross-sectional in design and a systematic review. Conclusions: The articles reviewed on nursing staffing and quality of care show in a percentage of 66% that there is a relationship between the quality of care and staffing, presenting better results of patient safety indicators, optimizes and It guarantees quality customer service, as well as satisfactory fulfillment of the institution's organizational mission.Ítem Acceso abierto Organizational climate in the health personnel of a level II-1 hospital. Methodology: The study will be quantitative, applied, and non-experimental, descriptive, and correlational in design. The sample will consist of 103 nurses and 130 nursing technicians working at the Level II-1 Hospital in Callao, who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sample will be obtained through non-probabilistic convenience sampling. Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: A survey will be used for data collection. The instrument will be a questionnaire developed and validated by MINSA in 2009 and Requejo in 2017. Procedures: The data collection will take approximately two months. Lima during the pandemic-2022. It will be appropriate to use the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach. This study is a cross-sectional correlational quantitative non-experimental research. The population will correspond to 75 professionals who work in the Surgical Center, to whom two validated instruments will be applied: The Maslach Exhaustion Inventory (MBI) by Maslach and Jackson, and the psychosocial factors questionnaire. The information obtained will be processed using Microsoft Excel 2013 software. Once this process has been carried out, the data obtained will be processed for analysis using Statistical Analysis Software Version 25. The data will be analyzed using Spearman's correlation coefficient. The conclusions will contribute to the improvement of human resources management of the health institution.
