At a global level, private and state organizations become more competitive, which is why human resources are the center of attention because their development, knowledge in the work environment will depend; can positively or negatively influence their performance and job satisfaction, therefore the relationship that exists between the motivational factors that intervene with the job satisfaction of nursing graduates will be analyzed with the objective of determining the motivational factors and job satisfaction in nurses. the intensive care unit of the national hospital Lima - 2021, likewise the methodology for this work has been proposed as a quantitative approach with a correlational, descriptive and transversal design because it will be carried out in a certain time, the unit of analysis is the graduates of nursing that meet the criteria of the sample that will be made up of 30 people, for data collection the survey technique will be applied and the instrument will be the questionnaire that responds to the objectives set and measures the variables of motivational factors and job satisfaction. , these instruments have already been validated.
Resumen
A nivel global las organizaciones privadas y estatales se vuelven más competitivas, por ello el recurso humano es el centro de atención porque dependerá su desenvolvimiento, conocimiento en el entorno laboral; puede influir de manera positiva o negativa en su desempeño y satisfacción laboral por lo mismo se analizara la relación que existe de los factores motivacionales que intervienen con la satisfacción laboral de los licenciados en enfermería con el objetivo determinar los factores motivaciones y satisfacción laboral en enfermeros de la unidad de cuidados intensivos del hospital nacional Lima – 2021, así mismo la metodología para este trabajo se ha planteado de enfoque cuantitativo con diseño correlacional, descriptivo y transversal debido a que se llevara en un tiempo determinado, la unidad de análisis son los licenciados de enfermería que cumplen los criterios de la muestra que estarán conformadas por 30 personas, para la recolección de datos se aplicara la técnica de encuesta y como instrumento será el cuestionario que respondan a los objetivos planteados y medir las variables de los factores motivacionales y la satisfacción laboral, estos instrumentos ya fueron validados.
