Objective: To identify the Organizational Climate among health personnel in a Level II-1 Hospital, Callao 2021. Methodology: The study will be quantitative, applied, and non-experimental, descriptive, and correlational in design. The sample will consist of 103 nurses and 130 nursing technicians working at the Level II-1 Hospital in Callao, who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sample will be obtained through non-probabilistic convenience sampling. Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: A survey will be used for data collection. The instrument will be a questionnaire developed and validated by MINSA in 2009 and Requejo in 2017. Procedures: The data collection will take approximately two months. Once the data is collected, it will be organized and tabulated in Excel and SPSS for subsequent statistical analysis. Statistical Analysis: Descriptive analysis of the collected data will be carried out using frequency tables and graphs, measures of central tendency and dispersion, and cross-tabulation tables.
Resumen
"Objetivo: Identificar el Clima Organizacional en el personal de Salud de un Hospital nivel II-1, Callao 2021. Metodología: El estudio será de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, y de diseño no experimental, descriptivo, y correlacional. la muestra estará conformada por 103 enfermeros (as) y 130 técnicos de enfermería que laboren en el Hospital Nivel II- 1. Callao y, que cumplan con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Obtenidos de acuerdo al muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Técnicas e Instrumentos de Recolección de Datos: en la técnica de relevamiento de data se aplicará la encuesta. Y, como instrumento se empleará el cuestionario elaborado y validado por el MINSA en 2009 y, Requejo en 2017. Procedimientos: El levantamiento de información se realizará en 02 meses aprox. Una vez recogida la data, se organizará y tabulará en el programa Excel y SPSS para su posterior análisis estadístico. Análisis Estadístico: Se empleará el análisis descriptivo de la data recolectada a través de tablas y gráficos de frecuencias, medidas de tendencia central, y dispersión y, tablas cruzadas."
