Análisis del nivel felicidad y su impacto en el rendimiento académico e inserción laboral de los egresados de ingeniería de una universidad de Lima 2020

In different societies or cultures it has been considered that happy people are successful in multiple aspects of life, which implies a causality between success and happiness. The present study aimed to analyze happiness and its impact on the academic performance and job placement of university graduates. The research was developed under a hypothetical deductive method, of the correlational descriptive type, with a non-experimental design. The population was defined as all 2020 engineering graduates from a private university in the city of Lima-Peru. The instrument used to measure happiness was the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, which consists of 29 items with answers on a six-point Likert scale, with a reliability of Cronbach's alpha of 0.823, 2 questions were added to know the employment situation and the academic performance was obtained from the weighted averages; To complement the results, the interview technique was used, collecting descriptive information according to the guide prepared; In the conclusions, a significant relationship between the happiness variable and academic performance was confirmed, since 60% of graduates with a high level of happiness belonged to the upper third. Likewise, with a Chi-square statistic of 0.750 with p = 0.400, it was found that happiness was not significantly related to the labor insertion of the graduates belonging to the upper third. This research contributes in Peru to the research line of cognitive processes, learning psychology and educational psychology.

This study called "Strategic Learning and Virtual Academic Performance in times of pandemic, in the students of the specialty of Nursing in Child Health and Development of a private university in Lima, 2021", whose objective was to determine the relationship between strategic learning and virtual academic performance in times of pandemic, in students of the nursing specialty in child health and development of a private university in Lima 2021, the research method used for this study was hypothetical deductive, non-experimental design, applied type of court cross. The approach was quantitative, descriptive and correlational, while the instrument to be applied was the Motivation and Learning Strategies Questionnaire (CMEA) - Short Form, which was applied to a sample of 80 nursing students belonging to the subject of health and children's rights, allowing to know which are the levels of strategic learning; In addition, for the academic performance variable, the official evaluation grade record was used. The research concludes that strategic learning is significantly related to virtual academic performance in times of pandemic, in nursing students from a private university in Lima 2021, which represented a significant mean correlation of 0.441, with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, thus demonstrating the fulfillment of the hypotheses proposed within this investigation.

Bienestar psicológico y rendimiento académico en estudiantes de pregrado de la escuela de Tecnología Médica de una Universidad Privada de Lima Metropolitana

The main objective of the present work was to investigate the relationship between Psychological Well-Being and Academic Performance in students of the School of Medical Technology of a Private University in LimaPeru. The population studied was 94 undergraduate students (70 females and 24 males) from the first cycle to the seventh academic year. The research approach was quantitative with non-probability sampling, descriptive-correlational design and transectional cutting. The evaluation instrument used, the Adult Psychological Welfare Scale proposed by M. M. Casullo (2002) and the Academic Performance variable required the semester academic history of each intervened student. The specific objectives showed acceptable Psychological Well-being scores among the students involved and the sub-scales of the BIEPS A questionnaire: acceptance / control (p < 0,01; Rho 0,393), link (p <0.01; Rho 0,288) and projects (p <0.01; Rho 0,269), except the Autonomy dimension (p > 0.05; Rho 0,171), correlated positively with academic performance. Demographic variables such as gender, age and academic cycle were not shown to significantly influence the statistical correlation of psychological well-being and academic performance. The statistical results (p < 0.01, 95% CI, Rho 0.463) allowed us to conclude the existence of a positive correlation between psychological well-being and academic performance, but not to establish a cause effect relationship.

Efectividad del Programa Educación Sexual sobre el grado de conocimientos y la actitud de los docentes en Colegios de Lima, 2021

The objective of this thesis was to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Educational Program "Sexual Education" in the level of knowledge and attitude in teachers of secondary schools in Lima. The research was carried out under the quantitative approach, of the applied type and with an explanatory level, hypothetical deductive method, with an experimental design and a quasi-experimental subdesign. The implementation of the program was carried out through 30 educational sessions applied to an intentionally selected sample that consisted of 110 teachers. For data collection, an instrument was applied through a questionnaire of multiple alternatives with a Likert scale, making it necessary for the researcher to know before and after the intervention. The processing and treatment of data was carried out with the statistical software SPSS where the normality test was used to determine the statistical test (Student's T) and verify the effectiveness of the program. In the analysis of the results, an increase in the degree of knowledge in the biological dimension and reproductive dimension of the teachers was observed, of 52.7% (29) who had a low level of knowledge; When applying the "Sex Education" program, these figures presented important changes, since 67.3% (37) and 32.7% (18) improved their level of knowledge to high and medium, with significant variation verified with the T Student's (p = 0.00). In relation to the attitude of the teachers, it was observed that in the two dimensions that made up the Likert Scale there were 60% (33) with a negative attitude, after the intervention it increased to a high attitude 78.2% (43), in the socioaffective dimension; of 52.7% (29) of teachers with a negative attitude, 72.7% (40) increased to a high attitude in the ethical-moral dimension). It is concluded that the "Sexual Education" program has a positive effect on the degree of knowledge and attitude of teachers in relation to the Sexual Education of Adolescents, although more research is necessary not only with teachers but with other health professionals and obstetricians.

Eficacia del programa de mediación de conflictos, como forma de convivencia pacífica, para mitigar la violencia escolar en las instituciones educativas públicas de secundaria en Girardot, Cundinamarca – Colombia, 2015

In this research, the main objective is to determine the efficacy of conflict mediation program as a form of peaceful coexistence to mitigate school violence in public secondary educational institutions in Girardot, Cundinamarca - Colombia, 2015. Starting applied to a sample of 359 students of the official educational institutions questionnaire Girardot - Cundinamarca (Colombia), which allowed to generate levels of reflection and change that would facilitate the mobilization of behavioral patterns and both graduate program effectiveness. By the rate applied research design quasi-experimental, considering that in school behaviors are not limited and they are not restricted and can not be manipulated, so research allowed to have a greater understanding of the dynamics of relationship that there emerge; equally from the quantitative and statistical approach T-Student, it was extended from a statistical analysis using SPSS version 2.2 software Statics. It was observed that the value of reliability assessment tool research, obtained through the statistical program Alfa Cronbach, is in the range of 0.8 to 1, indicating that the instrument is reliable for the collection of information. Problem solving has been covered in several studies and theories of authors who have allowed to have a holistic understanding of the phenomenon, which led to consider the need to set up a program of conflict mediation in educational institutions, which is a priority generate actions of educational, training and reflective type, to reduce violence, bullying and other situations affecting coexistence in the educational context, where the main actors are students and their peers.

Eficacia del programa educativo “quién fui, quién soy y quién seré” para fortalecer el clima social escolar en básica secundaria de instituciones educativas oficiales de las zonas educativas centro y oriente de Cali - 2016

The main objective of this research was to determine the degree of effectiveness of the educational program "Who I was, who I am and who I will be" to strengthen the school social climate in basic secondary schools of the educational center of central and eastern Cali, 2016. The study was located in the quantitative approach, with type of applied research and quasi experimental design with control group and experimental group. The population was of 245 students of grade ninth, Non-probabilistic sampling for a sample of 120 students was realized. Data collection was done through the design of the survey instrument, to measure the school social climate in the classroom, the survey was validated by expert judges and presented a 0.8 reliability in the Cronbach Alpha. The instrument of data collection was applied before (pre-test) and after (post-test) of the educational program "who I was, who I am and who I will be", the test of difference of tStudent means for each group And between groups. As a consequence, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, with a significance of 0.02 for the Luz Haydee Guerrero Molina institution and 0.00 for the educational institution Villacolombia, proving the effectiveness of the educational program significantly improves the school social climate in secondary secondary school in The educational institutions of central and eastern Cali. It is recommended to strengthen teamwork and train teachers in neurolinguistic programming for the community to appropriate the neurolinguistic modeling programming tolos.

Los estilos de aprendizaje y el rendimiento academico en estudiantes del programa de adultos de administración de una universidad privada de Lima, 2018-II

The aim of this research was to identify the preferred learning style and the relation between learning styles and the academic performance of Business Degree for Adult Learners of a Private University on Lima in 2018.This research project was done with using a quantitative approach, descriptive and correlational. The segment was conformed by 738 learners of The Business Administration Program, and a no probabilistic segment of 157 undergraduates. In order to collect relevant information, the survey technique was used through the previously validated Questionnaire Honey-Alonso based on Learning Styles (CHAEA). Descriptive statistics was used for measures of central tendency and dispersion; as well as, the Pearson correlation coefficient in inferential statistics. The results showed a significant relationship between learning styles and academic performance. P value, 159 with a meaningful level of 01 Likewise, a significant relationship was found between the theoretical learning style p value 194 with a meaningful level ,05 and the reflective p value 207 witb a meaningful level 01, academic performance.Indicate that exist a positive relative low relation. So it is concluded that there is a direct relationship between the learning styles of the students of admiistration and academic performance. However, this is not the only factor influencing on academic performance.

Estrategia Didáctica “Mejor Saber” para el fortalecimiento de las competencias genéricas de los estudiantes de la universidad de Santander

The main purpose of this thesis was to strengthen the generic competences of students with 75% of academic credits approved by the University of Santander - UdeS, for which a didactic strategy called "Mejor Saber" was designed and implemented. Direct the skills of critical reading, quantitative reasoning, citizenship skills and English proficiency. The methodology was applied in three fundamental axes: the first one worked with the students of the professional programs, who had a minimum of 75% approved academic credits of their curriculum, they developed a diagnostic test, then a series of intervention workshops And training on test management and ended with an external test that served to determine the degree of impact of the strategy. The second axis was worked with the teachers, who were trained in the respective competencies and the didactic ones for the development of the same ones from the learning environments; And the third axis, the institution of higher education where, through an incentive plan that was designed, approved and executed, established the importance of the same within the same. The instruments used were for the initial test a booklet with items for assessment of Saber PRO competencies which were validated, the results were obtained by means of optical reader written individual tests, for the final test the measurement was done by means of the results Of the state tests known as PRO applied by the Colombian Institute for the Promotion of Higher Education - ICFES. Data processing was done by comparing the initial and final results of the students by academic program to determine the added value of the strategy in the development and mastery of the competences in the students. It is important to state that academic programs of their own choosing decided not to participate in the strategy, they were considered as a control group. At the conclusion of the treatment, using Student's t-test and a significance level of 0.05, it was found that there is a significant difference between the averages of the generic competences scores obtained from the pre and posttest. It was also found that the strategy allowed in the first axis to find an added value of 22.01% in the average of the four competences in the students, in the second axis the recognition and award to the best teacher of the strategy and in the third axis, The proposal, approval and execution of the incentive plan, at the end of the application was established by the institution the need to regulate and formalize the strategy as a continuous and permanent process within the University of Santander.

Estudio de caso: experiencias y motivaciones de docentes sobre la creación de cursos y carreras en ciencias y tecnología espaciales en universidades latinoamericanas

The present study was performed with the objective to gain insight on the state of superior education oriented to the space sector in Latin America by interviewing teachers who have proposed and participated in the creation of courses and undergraduate programs.: A case study was carried out by performing semi-structured interviews to five teachers from Peru, Costa Rica, Chile and Mexico. The results showed that the principal motivations of these educators were to support students, and the desire to impulse the national space industry. Superior education institutions have shown support to these projects and the important role of interinstitutional cooperation was observed to facilitate the process. From this research we can conclude that the overall experience of the interviewed teachers was positive. They found more easiness than challenges in the creation of courses and undergraduate programs in the space sector. There was more easiness in countries where the space industry has had previous development. Nevertheless, this was not the case for Peru, which might need to follow a gradual process to justify the creation of undergraduate programs in the space sector.

Formación integral de los estudiantes y la cultura de envejecimiento en la universidad peruana 2015

The present research called Integral Training of Students and the Culture of Aging at the Universidad Peruana-2015, aimed to establish the relationship that exists between integral formation with the culture of aging in the Peruvian University -2015, since the current educational models still Have not consolidated these issues concerning a culture of aging. We worked with a sample of 70 students of the last year of the faculty of Administration of the University San Ignacio de Loyola. It is a descriptive Investigation of non-experimental design the same one that has as aim to familiarize us with this little-known subject, of great importance and little studied by means of the measurement of its correlative level. An instrument for the collection of data was designed that was a questionnaire the same that met the indicators of the present work. The results obtained is that the student of the San Ignacio de Loyola University of the last year of the administration faculty a high percentage 38.57% of students do not have consolidated their recognition of training their attitude attitude related to values, ethics, Respect, solidarity, adding up the 17.13% who do not recognize it; Making a total of 56%. The constant is repeated when finding in our study that our students are not recognized in the humanist perspective because 50% is indifferent and does not recognize it 14.28%. A positive relationship was found [r = 0.30] between the Integral Formation: attitudinal competence and a positive perception of old age. Conclusion: Even the San Ignacio de Loyola University has not consolidated its educational model related to the strengthening of attitudinal competencies according to the needs of our society, in this case with the stereotypes of aging, which makes it necessary to foster a culture of aging positive.

Gestión de programas sociales y bienestar socioeconómico en el distrito La Esperanza, Trujillo 2023

The main objective of the present research is to analyze the relationship between the management of social programs and socio-economic well-being in the La Esperanza District, Trujillo. The aim is to understand how management strategies directly relate to the well-being of the population. A hypothetical-deductive approach was applied through a non-experimental quantitative design. The applied research used probabilistic sampling to select 371 participants, meeting inclusion and exclusion criteria. A structured questionnaire, validated by experts and assessed with the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient to ensure reliability, was employed. Data, collected through surveys and processed using SPSS software, allowed for a detailed statistical analysis. The management of social programs showed high internal consistency with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.958, as did socio-economic well-being with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.952. The analysis revealed significant correlations between specific dimensions of management and key aspects of well-being, highlighting the relevance of economic-financial and social strategies. Findings emphasize the importance of effective administration of social programs to improve socio-economic well-being, with a Rho coefficient of 0.235 indicating a low positive correlation between variables. Well-planned strategies in economic-financial and social areas emerge as key determinants. These findings have significant implications for the design and implementation of public policies aimed at optimizing the positive impact of social programs on the community.

Gestión del Programa Juntos y Bienestar en los hogares afiliados del distrito de San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, región Junín, periodo 2023

The objective of this study was to determine how the Management of the Juntos Program is related to the well-being of affiliated households in the district of San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, Junín region, period 2023. Regarding the methodology, it was hypothetical-deductive, type applied and correlational level, the quantitative approach and the non-experimental and transversal design. The population was considered to be 3,173 households benefiting from the Juntos Program for the year 2023. The sample and sampling are probabilistic and simple random applied to 343 families affiliated with the program. For this case, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. Internal consistency type reliability was applied, to calculate the reliability of the instruments the Cronbach´s Alpha statistical calculation was applied. Regarding the data processing and analysis plan, the SPSS 26 tool was used. The results were the non-existence of a relationship between the variable Management of the Juntos Program and the variable Wellbeing in Homes in the community of the district of San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, Junín region, because a Sig. result of 0.826 was obtained, greater than 0.005 error and a correlation coefficient of the Spearman test (rho= 0.012). It is concluded that there is statistical certainty suitable to assert that there is no relationship between the variable Management of the Juntos Program and the variable Wellbeing in Homes in the community of the district of San Martín de Pangoa, Satipo, Junín region for the period 20.

Integración de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación y su relación con la gestión académica y gestión administrativa en instituciones educativas colombianas – 2020

The main objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the integration of ICT with academic management and administrative management in educational institutions of the district of Turbo-Antioquia, Colombia, 2020. This research is framed within the quantitative approach, type of applied study, non-experimental design, the study population was made up of 409 teachers and a sample of 198 of them was worked on. Regarding the method used in the research, the hypothetical - deductive method was used, to collect the information the survey technique was applied and as instruments three questionnaires with a Likert-type scale were elaborated, one for each variable which presented a reliability index Cronbach's Alpha of 0,884, 0,960 and 0.927. The data obtained were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS 25.0, which allowed us to achieve both descriptive and inferential results. To determine the relationship between the variables, the Spearman correlation coefficient (α = 0.05) was used. As relevant results, it was obtained that the integration of ICT and its dimensions have a significant relationship with academic and administrative management. It is concluded that good academic management from the curricular design and pedagogical practices accompanied by administrative management through financial support and optimal administration of the physical plant and resources, are related to the improvement in the integration of ICTs to the processes of learning-teaching in educational institutions.

Los mapas mentales y el aprendizaje significativo en estudiantes de la carrera profesional en terapia de lenguaje de una universidad pública y privada de Lima metropolitana-2020

The present research had as objective the level of relationship between mental maps and meaningful learning in students of the professional career in speech therapy of a public and private university of Metropolitan Lima, 2020. Therefore, a quantitative research of correlational type and non-experimental design was applied. The sample consisted of 100 students of the professional career of Speech Therapy where the survey was used as a technique and a questionnaire as an instrument, which measured the variables of study. As results, a significance level of 0.004 was found in the statistical analysis of Spearman's Rho, accepting a significant relationship between both variables and a weak positive correlation. Likewise, a significant relationship was found between the dimensions of the Mind Map variable (Main Idea, Interconnections, Secondary Idea and Multichannel Learning) and the Significant Learning variable. Finally, we can consider that the use of Mind Maps is not determinant for the achievement of Meaningful Learning; however, the use of this graphic organizer would help to improve the learning process.

In the present research, the main objective is to promote functional literacy from the citizen's competences through the implementation of an educational module that crosslinks the contents of the basic social science and citizenship competences in the educational institutions that offer the modality of adult education in the Ibague city, Colombia 2014. The research has a qualitative approach and it is developed through the design of practical action-research with a spiral scheme that includes the cycles of planning, action, observation and reflection. Starting from a survey of opinions applied to a sample of 368 students of medium education that are formed in Ibague educational institutions through the modality of adult education, it is characterized the school coexistence according to the citizen's competences and by the application of a module educational in the area of social sciences develop citizenship skills thus fostering functional literacy as verified in the triangulation of data. The research made it possible to verify that when the challenge of implementing methodological strategies in the area of social sciences of adult education is assumed, where the contents of the area are linked in a transversal way, the components of the basic standards of citizenship competences and considering the sense of theoretical-practical appropriation of the educational act is achieved by improving the socio-cultural and intellectual conditions of the population which contributes to the construction of more balanced life projects.

Noción del cuerpo desde las músicas colombianas: vivencias corporales y bio-antropo-culturales para el desarrollo psicomotriz infantil de Ibagué- Colombia (2020-2022)

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the notion of the body from Colombian music and corporal and bio-anthropo-cultural experiences for the psychomotor development of children in Ibagué, Colombia. Methodologically, the quantitative approach was implemented with a pre-experimental research design. The selected population is 200 children between 4 and 8 years of age from four educational institutions, between preschool and elementary school levels. This research is divided into four moments. First, the application of a pre-test of psychomotor measurement (McCarthy Scale of Aptitudes and Psychomotor Skills for Children) to obtain a diagnosis of the development of the psychomotor skills of the sample. Secondly, psychomotor stimulation is implemented based on the notion of the body from ten planned activities with components of Colombian music such as cumbia, porro, bambuco, among others. In the third instance, the application of the post-test of the psychomotor measurement instrument is carried out. In fourth instance, the analysis of the results to verify the hypothesis that there is an influence of the notion of the body from Colombian music and corporal and bioanthropo-cultural experiences for the psychomotor development of children. The results show significant improvements in fine and gross motor skills and body schema after an intervention that integrates the notion of the body and vernacular music to strengthen motor, communicative, emotional, social and cognitive processes. These data obtained suggest the importance of psychomotor stimulation programs in childhood to avoid different types of disorders in the future.

Programa de convivencia escolar, basado en inteligencia emocional, para desarrollar las habilidades blandas, en estudiantes de educación básica secundaria, Ibagué 2018

This research has as a fundamental objective, the application of a school coexistence program, based on emotional intelligence, to develop soft skills, in secondary school students, from Ibagué, Colombia, in 2018. Optimizing their selfregulation skills, abilities social and conflict resolution, to consolidate the processes of school coexistence. Based on the virtual tool of the Moodle e-learning platform, under the parameters and intervention of the emotional intelligence program, proposed by Daniel Goleman, Salovey and Mayer, to consolidate, reinforce and solve the problems that are manifested during school life. The study is framed in a type of applied or practical research, with an experimental quantitative approach, which is developed from a quasi-experimental design, with two intact groups and pretest-posttest tests with a control group, of a Likert scale instrument, which was subject to content validity and reliability. It is based on a survey of 712 students, from the Santiago Vila Escobar educational institution, facilitating the reading of educational context, of the most generalized circumstances, situations, events or institutional coexistence problems. The population was conformed by 29898 students of the basic secondary, of official schools. The sample of intentional type, was conformed by 534 students of four educational institutions of the city. For the statistical analysis, the STATS 2.0, Epi info and the G - power and SPSS 25 statistical software were used to perform a statistic, descriptive, inferential, contrast, correlation and association of the data. The results were, a statistical power, (1-β err prob) = 0.951, reflecting a suitable sample, a high internal reliability of 0.934 input and 0.864 output, according to Cronbach's alpha. Also, the Shapiro-Willk test was statistically used, determining a normality test with a lower p = value (p <0.05), for the variables soft skills, self-regulation, social skills and conflict resolution, with a reliability of 95 %, approached from a non-parametric approach. However, the changes and dynamics of perception in the students were contrasted, the Mann Whitney U. test was conducted, yielding the following results: Self-control p = 0.009; Resilience p = 0.001; Leadership; p = 0.002; Assertiveness; p = 0.021; Teamwork p = 0; Empathy; p = 0.032; Mediation; p = 0; Reconciliation p = 0.032), recording that after the intervention with the coexistence program, all the variables have higher differences and magnitudes, verifying that there was significant progress in the soft skills of the experimental group. For this reason, it can be concluded that significant relationships between variables and dimensions were found, since they have a correlation in asymptonic (bilateral) significance, which determines the rejection of the null hypothesis and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis, confirming that the teaching of soft skills, with a program supported by emotional intelligence, has a direct impact on students' school life.

The main purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the program of educational intervention in the control of tuberculosis in workers of the Academic Professional School of Nursing of the Norbert Wiener University 2015. Research of applied type and experimental level. The probabilistic sample consisted of 109 workers who work within the Norbert Wiener University, to measure the variable to measure the control of tuberculosis for workers and a record of the educational program. The information obtained was processed and analyzed in the statistical software SPSS version 20, using the statistical test of ranges with signs of Wilcoxon (normal Z) with a significance of p <0.05, for the testing of the hypotheses. In the results it can be seen that the sessions of the educational intervention program had a significant effect on the control of tuberculosis in workers of the Professional Nursing Academic School of the Norbert Wiener University, 2015. At a specific level, it was shown that the program of educational intervention had a significant effect on the control of clinical manifestations, risk factors and practice in tuberculosis in workers. On the other hand, it was found that the program of educational intervention did not have a significant effect for the control of the routes of administration of tuberculosis in the group of workers of the Private University.

This research aimed to determine to what extent an Educational Program based on cognitive and metacognitive strategies improves the reading comprehension of Fifth Grade students of the Ciudadela Educativa Institution of Magdalena Medio - 2019. Through a hypothetical deductive method and a Quantitative and applied research approach, cognitive and metacognitive strategies were designed and implemented, thought based on each of the moments of approach to a text. Consequently, a positive influence of the educational program on the students was obtained as a result, as the program strengthened the reading process even from the first moment of approach with the texts, so that a very much comprehension process was achieved with it. more complete that encompasses all the dimensions present in reading understood as a highly complex process.

The research is entitled "Educational program and its influence on emotional intelligence in nursing students of a university, Nuevo Chimbote - 2022", with the objective: To determine the influence of the educational program on emotional intelligence in nursing students of a university, Nuevo Chimbote - 2022. Research methodology: The present research work was an applied type of research. It uses the hypothetical deductive method, based on a quantitative approach, an experimental design with pre-experimental sub-design, carried out in a population with a census sample of 60 students corresponding to the academic cycles II, IV and VI of the professional career of Nursing at the Universidad Nacional of Santa - Nuevo Chimbote, to whom a structured educational program was applied based on 20 sessions and its influence on emotional intelligence was evaluated as well as the survey technique was used through the Emotional Inventory of Bar- On ICE: NA - Complete, standardized in Peruvian territory by Ugarriza Chávez Nelly and Pajares del Águila Liz. Results: Regarding to the general objective, the significant influence of the Educational Program on Emotional Intelligence was determined with a result of the statistical test value Tc=13.695, which is much higher than the critical value statistically assessed. Conclusion: A significant influence of the educational program on emotional intelligence was found in nursing students of a university, Nuevo Chimbote - 2022.
