The objective of the present research is to identify the influence that the accompaniment of parents has on the education in values in the sixth-grade students of a public institution of the municipality of Montenegro, Quindío, Colombia. The approach from which it was developed was quantitative, descriptive level, through the application of an instrument that allowed knowing the perceptions of the students about the accompaniment of their parents in regard to their educational process and the transmission of values, and the interrelation between parental accompaniment (independent variable) and education in values (dependent variable) was analyzed. The values that were privileged in the study were, on the one hand, responsibility, solidarity, honesty, respect and tolerance. On the other hand, the accompaniment in time and support that parents provide their children. The study is based on an analysis of sources close to the perspective of this research. As a conclusion and discussion, the importance of the support of parents in the processes of education in values in students is highlighted, because they are beginning another stage of their academic formation and the presence of the values that was mentioned on the research will help them to obtain better academic results and a more successful life.

Análisis del perfil de egreso del programa doctorado en salud de una universidad privada de Lima y su aporte a la responsabilidad social universitaria

The educational programs are structured in order to provide the student with a comprehensive training with an analytical and reflective attitude, taking into consideration their relationship with the environment and the community. University social responsibility (RSU) is present in the training of students in a transversal way, in their: Responsible campus, professional and civic training, social management of knowledge and social participation. RSU is a commitment that all people must assume individually and with the community. The objective of the research was to evaluate the graduate profile of the doctoral program in health from a private university in Lima and its contribution to University Social Responsibility. The research was developed with a qualitative approach, the research design is phenomenological, the interview was used as a technique and a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting information. As a result of the study, it was evidenced that the university promotes the activities of social responsibility of the people who make up the university and include social responsibility issues in the development of subjects in the study programs in order to support society in the solution of their problems and the need to work on social responsibility issues in research subjects is mentioned. It is concluded that the doctoral program in health of a university in Lima, contributes from the field of health university social responsibility actions.

Análisis técnico de la reconstrucción de los accidentes de tránsito y la responsabilidad penal en el Distrito de Echarati, 2019-2022

The purpose of the investigation was to know the effects that the implementation of the technical analysis of the reconstruction of traffic accidents would have on the determination of criminal responsibility in the district of Echarati - Cusco; 2019-2022, the same one that was carried out under the qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. The techniques used have been the documentary analysis of five police reports of reconstruction in traffic accidents and the interview of five specialists, whose selection criteria have been based on their specialty and field of action, for which reason, they have been part of the sample, two experts specialized in traffic accidents from the Traffic Accident Prevention and Investigation Unit – UPIAT Cusco; an expert in traffic accidents from the PNP Echarati Police Station; and two magistrates of the Judiciary specializing in criminal law, which allows us to show a high level of reliability for the results found. From the results of the present investigation, it has been possible to establish that the reconstruction of traffic accidents is very important to establish the criminal responsibility of the defendants; however, due to the lack of preparation of the intervening police officers, an adequate treatment of the evidence found in the event is not carried out; in the same way, a perpetuation of the transit event is not carried out that prevents the alteration of the scene until the arrival of the experts; consequently, the phases of the transit event are not determined; what causes, the loss of evidence; which causes the reconstruction to be incomplete and historical.

Características de responsabilidad social universitaria y actitudes hacia la investigación en estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad privada de Ica, 2024

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las características de la responsabilidad social universitaria (RSU) y las actitudes hacia la investigación en estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad privada en Ica durante el año 2024. El diseño fue descriptivo, transversal, correlacional y no experimental. La muestra incluyó a 90 estudiantes, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario, y los datos se analizaron con el software SPSS. Los resultados mostraron que el 57.8% de los estudiantes presentaron un nivel regular de RSU. En las dimensiones, el 64.4% tuvo un nivel regular en “conciencia”, el 52.2% en “compromiso”, el 61.1% en “ciudadanía” y el 51.1% en “cambio”. En cuanto a las actitudes hacia la investigación, el 83.3% evidenció buenas actitudes. Al analizar las dimensiones, el 85.6% mostró buenas actitudes en “intereses”, el 81.1% en “vocación” y el 58.9% en “valoración”. El análisis estadístico reveló una relación significativa entre RSU y actitudes hacia la investigación (chi²=43.207; p=0.000). Asimismo, se obtuvo una correlación positiva y significativa con un coeficiente de Spearman Rho=0.652 (p=0.000), lo que indica una relación directa y de buen grado. En conclusión, se afirma que existe una correlación positiva entre el nivel de responsabilidad social universitaria y las actitudes hacia la investigación en los estudiantes de enfermería, destacando la importancia de fortalecer la RSU como factor que influye favorablemente en el interés y compromiso investigativo del estudiantado.

Competencias ciudadanas y comportamiento socialmente responsable en estudiantes de administración policial de la Escuela General Santander, Bogotá Colombia, 2023

This research aimed to determine the relationship between citizenship competencies and socially responsible behavior in police administration students at the General Francisco de Paula Santander School, Bogotá, Colombia. The method that followed the study was the hypothetical deductive in order to explain the results obtained against a series of hypotheses raised, a quantitative approach was adopted, nonexperimental design of cross-section, applied type and correlational level, The sample consisted of 119 students in the last year of studies to whom a questionnaire of 29 questions was applied to measure citizenship competencies and another of 25 questions to measure socially responsible behavior. As a result, the p-value was < 0.05 and the Rho= 0.692, which indicated that there is a direct and considerable relationship between citizenship competencies and socially responsible behavior. It was concluded that by developing favorably the citizenship skills of students, their socially responsible behavior will also improve.

The Internal Control is an integral process carried out by the owner, officers and servants of an entity designed to address risks and to ensure that the following management objectives are met: To promote efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and economy in operations entity and the quality of public services provided; as well as care for and safeguard the resources and assets of the State against any form of loss, damage, misuse thereof and illegal acts, as well as against any irregular act or situation that might affect them and ensuring the reliability and timeliness of information. Formación en valores y responsabilidad social universitaria en estudiantes de derecho de una universidad privada de Lima, 2024

Esta investigación tuvo como propósito principal determinar la relación entre la formación en valores y la responsabilidad social universitaria en los estudiantes de Derecho de una universidad privada de Lima. El estudio adoptó un enfoque de tipo cuantitativo, utilizando un diseño de investigación no experimental, la muestra utilizada en el estudio estuvo conformada por 90 estudiantes de pregrado que se encontraban cursando los ciclos IX y X de la carrera de Derecho, para la recolección de los datos se aplicaron dos cuestionarios validados y confiables. Como resultado se obtuvo el nivel de significancia de 0.000 y el coeficiente Rho de Spearman=0.757, lo que refleja una relación positiva de intensidad moderada entre la formación en valores y la responsabilidad social universitaria. Este hallazgo sugiere que, a medida que los docentes promueven más activamente la formación en valores en los estudiantes aumenta el nivel de compromiso de estos últimos con las actividades y acciones de responsabilidad social impulsadas por la institución académica. Se concluyó que la promoción de valores en el ámbito educativo juega un papel clave en el fortalecimiento del compromiso de los estudiantes con la responsabilidad social universitaria, lo que a su vez contribuye al desarrollo integral de los futuros profesionales del Derecho.

Gestión administrativa y su relación con la responsabilidad social en un gobierno local, Cajamarca – 2023

En la actualidad se aprecia que las instituciones públicas no se preocupan por mantener estrategias en beneficio de los colaboradores, los cuales son fundamentales para el funcionamiento y cumplimiento de las metas instituciones, ante ello, el estudio tiene como propósito principal determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión administrativa y la responsabilidad Social en la Municipalidad provincial de Jaén, Cajamarca – 2023. El estudio presentó una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo y analítico, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, corte transversal, nivel o alcance descriptivo correlacional, aplicó una muestra compuesta de 108 colaboradores, manejo como técnica la encuesta y el cuestionario como instrumento, donde se logró determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión administrativa y la responsabilidad Social en la Municipalidad provincial de Jaén, Cajamarca – 2023. Se obtuvieron son resultados que el 48.1% de los colaboradores consideran que la gestión administrativa es de nivel medio, al igual que la responsabilidad social con un 57.4%; además, 41.7% indican que la gestión administrativa es de nivel medio y también lo es la responsabilidad social; asimismo, el valor de significancia bilateral fue menor a 0.05, por consiguiente, existe relación significativa, positiva y alta entre la planificación, organización, control y dirección con la responsabilidad social. Se concluye que la gestión administrativa y responsabilidad social, están relacionadas de manera significativa, excelente y directa.

Informe Jurídico sobre Casación N° 412-2020

En el siguiente informe jurídico se procederá a examinar el procedimiento contencioso administrativo sancionador recaído en la Casación N° 412-2020, este tiene inicio con la demanda expuesta por parte del Servicio de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Lima (SEDAPAL) y como el demandado la Municipalidad Distrital de Magdalena del Mar, buscando como fin que se declare nulas: Resolución Gerencial N° 125-2013-GCSC-MDMM y Resolución de Sanción N° 14086-2013-SGS-GCSC. Consecutivamente, el fallo expedido por el Décimo Cuarto Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Lima declara infundada la demanda presentada por SEDAPAL, al encontrarse responsable por no haber solicitado la autorización correspondiente para ejecución de obras a la Municipalidad de Magdalena del Mar, autorización que necesitaba cuando la empresa contratista a su cargo era Consorcio Rímac Centro, cumplía con sus labores en la vía pública. El 20 de octubre de 2016, SEDAPAL presenta un recurso impugnatorio de apelación ante la Cuarta Sala Especializada en lo Contencioso Administrativo en contra de la Resolución N° 06 del 28 de septiembre de 2016, el cual decide revocar la resolución en mención que resolvió en su momento como infundada la demanda presentada por SEDAPAL y en consecuencia es declarada fundada; por lo tanto, se declararon nulas: Resolución Gerencial N° 125-2013-GCSC-MDMM y la Resolución de Sanción N° 14086-2013-SGS-GCSC. Finalmente, la Municipalidad de Magdalena del Mar presenta recurso de casación el 28 de octubre de 2019 frente la Corte Suprema en oposición a la Resolución N° 11 del 09 de septiembre de 2019, que revocó la Resolución N° 06 del 28 de septiembre de 2016, señalando como infracción el artículo 139° inciso 5 de la Constitución Política del Perú y la infracción del artículo 1186° del Código Civil. Prosiguiendo con el informe, se analizar e identificar los primordiales enigmas jurídicos de la Casación N° 412-2020, según la normativa actualizada y se brindará una posición fundamentada frente al caso.

Investigación científica y responsabilidad social de las universidades privadas peruanas

Scientific research as well as university social responsibility are two aspects that are being applied with intensity in recent years in different universities both in Perú and in other countries, it is not only about producing knowledge in quantity, but also how it is linked or provides solutions to the difficulties of society, in Peru the scientific production figures have not been so representative and in that sense the moment was propitious to evaluate how this had been occurring, therefore the purpose of this research was to determine the relationship that exists between scientific research and social responsibility of Peruvian private universities; The study was applied type, quantitative and correlational approach, 236 theses was the sample that was taken produced in 2019 from three Peruvian private universities; Through a documentary analysis, the referred products were evaluated using two instruments, a rubric from Herrera et al. (2020) to evaluate the methodological process of the investigations and a checklist to measure university social responsibility from the generation of impacts, adapted from Baca et al. (2017), as a result, showed that there is a significant relationship between the variables, since the significance value was p = 0.001 < 0.05, as well as it was also found that the Spearman coefficient was 0.167, so it was concludes that there is a positive relationship between scientific research and social responsibility of Peruvian private universities, 2019.

Organización y patrón traumático en la investigación antropológica forense de víctimas del conflicto armado interno de las regiones de Ayacucho, Huancavelica y Junín, 1980 – 2000

The objective of this research was to establish the relationship between the type of organization and the type of traumatic pattern in victims of the internal armed conflict from the Peruvian regions of Ayacucho, Huancavelica and Junín during the years 1980-2000. The type of research was quantitative, the design was non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, because the relationship between types of organization and types of traumatic patterns was studied, that is, their frequency and distribution in the population made up of 21,918 victims of the internal armed conflict. and a sample of 322 victims from the Ayacucho, Huancavelica and Junín regions was counted. The instrument used was an analysis guide - social and physical anthropological expert reports and the research technique was documentary analysis. The result of the investigation was that there is a significant relationship between the type of organization and the type of traumatic pattern in victims of the internal armed conflict from the Peruvian regions of Ayacucho, Huancavelica and Junín during the years 1980-2000, where evidence traumatic patterns well defined and differentiated by the form and execution mechanisms attributable to each of the organizations that participated in the conflict.

La preocupación ambiental y el comportamiento ecológico de los estudiantes de la universidad Santiago de Cali – Colombia- año, 2018

The present work of investigation has principal aim determine the relation between the environmental worry and the ecological behavior of the students of the University Santiago of Cali - Colombia, year 2018; the type was applied of level correlacional, of not experimental design, the sample belonged 375 students, the technology was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire, of quantitative approach. One thought that 52,0% of the students perceives of regular level the worry for the environmental problematics that crosses his locality, being the most out-standing dimensions the "Alarm" and the "Locus of control" and the focused one to improving the "Social worry"; and that 50,9% of the students considers of regular level his ecological behavior, being the dimensions more out-standing the "Conservation of the energy" and the "Consumption" and the focused one to improving the "Residues". One concludes that there exists direct and considerable relation (Rho's value = 0,656 and value of p = 0,000) between the environmental worry and the ecological behavior of the students; direct relation exists between each of the dimensions of the variable "environmental Worry" (alarm, comfort, domestic control, social worry, received economy, information and locus of control) with the variable one "Ecological behavior".

La responsabilidad social de la Municipalidad de Ventanilla y el turismo inclusivo en los humedales, 2022

La finalidad del estudio, fue establecer la existencia relacional que se encuentra entre la responsabilidad social de la municipalidad de Ventanilla y el turismo inclusivo en los humedales. Se realizó de tipo básico, no especulativo, con un modelo de diseño transversal y correlacional. Estuvo conformada por una población de 32 personas con discapacidad motora, sensorial, intelectual o psíquica del distrito de Ventanilla, en el que utilizó la compilación de información desde la encuesta y se desarrolló a través del cuestionario. De acuerdo con los datos se estableció qué el 44% de los participantes de la encuesta están totalmente de acuerdo con la realidad de la coherencia existente entre la variables de responsabilidad social y turismo inclusivo. Así mismo, la relación de paralelismo Rho de Spearman indicó una afinidad moderada positiva en las variables responsabilidad social y el turismo inclusivo (r=636, p<0,05). Finalmente,se concluyó que existe una vinculación entre responsabilidad social y turismo inclusivo, sin embargo, se debe implementar un plan de acción sobre la concientización de esta, además de analizar ciertos factores que influyen en la realización del turismo inclusivo

Responsabilidad social universitaria en la conciencia ambiental en estudiantes de una universidad pública de Lima Metropolitana – 2025

El deterioro del medio ambiente constituye un problema que concierne a toda la sociedad, en particular a las instituciones educativas. En este sentido, las universidades públicas, cuya misión es formar ciudadanos responsables y comprometidos, deben examinar cómo sus programas de responsabilidad social contribuyen al desarrollo de una conciencia ambiental sólida en sus estudiantes. El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar la relación entre la responsabilidad social universitaria y la conciencia ambiental en los estudiantes de una universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana en 2025. El estudio se llevó a cabo con la participación de 142 estudiantes, cuyos niveles de responsabilidad social universitaria fueron evaluados mediante el cuestionario elaborado por Vallaeys (2008), y la conciencia ambiental con el instrumento elaborado por Martínez Gomera (2012). La investigación aplicó un método deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, de carácter básico, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y alcance relacional. Los resultados evidenciaron que el 27,5 % de los estudiantes presentó niveles bajos de responsabilidad social universitaria, el 40,8 % un nivel medio o moderado y el 31,7 % un nivel alto. En relación con la conciencia ambiental, el 18,3 % presentó un nivel bajo, el 62,7 % un nivel medio o moderado y el 19,0 % un nivel alto. Asimismo, se identificó una relación moderada y directa entre ambas variables (p < .05; rho = .476). Se concluye que la responsabilidad social universitaria se relaciona de manera moderada y directa con la conciencia ambiental en los estudiantes, quienes en general mostraron niveles moderados en ambas dimensiones.

Responsabilidad social y desarrollo sostenible en el circuito ecoturístico Lomas de Paraíso de Villa María del Triunfo, 2024

El trabajo investigativo tiene como principal objetivo determinar la relación entre la variable responsabilidad social y desarrollo sostenible en el circuito ecoturístico Lomas de Paraíso, 2024. Se utilizo un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y nivel correlacional, siendo de tipo básica. La población estuvo conformada por 200 personas que visitan las Lomas de Paraíso. Agregando a lo anterior, se empleó la encuesta como técnica y se aplicó la prueba del coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach con una magnitud de 0.992. Los resultados evidenciaron un coeficiente de correlación positiva considerable 0,707 y una significancia de 0,001, rechazándose la hipótesis nula, confirmando que existe una correlación significativa entre la variable de responsabilidad social y desarrollo sostenible en el circuito ecoturístico Lomas de Paraíso, 2024. Se concluye que, el circuito ecoturístico puede seguir mejorando en las prácticas de responsabilidad social y desarrollo sostenible con el propósito de proteger el entorno natural

Responsabilidad social y el aprendizaje cooperativo de los estudiantes de una universidad privada, 2022

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between social responsibility and cooperative learning of students of a private university, 2022. This study used the applied type methodology, with a hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, of non-experimental design of correlational, transectional level. The population consisted of 450 students from the Universidad Privada San Ignacio de Loyola studying Law and International Relations, from the sixth to the tenth cycle. The sample was obtained through nonprobabilistic sampling and was made up of 102 students. The technique used for data collection was the survey, through the application of two standardized Likert scale instruments to measure the level of university social responsibility and cooperative learning, respectively. The results found allowed us to determine that there is a significant relationship between university social responsibility and cooperative learning of students (Sig.= 0.000 < 0.05) and that, in addition, the relationship between the variables is positive and intense with a Spearman's Rho Coefficient = 0.652.

Responsabilidad social y gestión organizacional en el Ejercito del Perú, Chorrillos, Lima Metropolitana, 2022

The present research work entitled Social Responsibility and Organizational Management in the Peruvian Army, Chorrillos, Lima - Metropolitan, 2022, "had the objective of determining the influence of social responsibility on the organizational management of the Peruvian Army, Chorrillos, Metropolitan Lima, 2022”. "The method used was the hypothetical deductive, of a quantitative approach of the applied type of explanatory level of nonexperimental cross-sectional design, the survey technique oriented to the Social Responsibility variable was used", which was composed of 16 items and for the variable Organizational management, consisted of 19 items, the result being the p-value obtained of 0.000 and it turned out to be less than 0.05, therefore we can reject the null hypothesis, this result confirms that "social responsibility" significantly influences the organizational management of the Army of Perú, Chorrillos, Metropolitan Lima, 2022. "Concluding that "social responsibility" influences management with involvement in organizational management, it is evident that one of the key factors to achieve a good corporate image and reputation is precisely, be socially responsible”.

This research called ecological techniques of the school garden and its influence on attitudes towards cross pedagogical processes aimed to develop a school garden as a teaching and methodology based on creativity strategy, individual responsibility and collaborative work with students in grade sixth of an educational institution of the municipality of San Antonio Tolima. Its aim of study was to determine the institutional orchard through mainstreaming areas; the sixth graders learned how to produce vegetables in an orderly manner and technically obtaining variety of products of good quality and improved food quality. The project is aimed at implementing the active teaching, applying the learning to learn, so that teachers developed curriculum content through keynote speeches, workshops, discussions, field trips, experiential practices, forums, research, exchange of experiences among others, taking into account prior knowledge based on the conceptual reality where the student develops We worked with a sample of 33 sixth grade students under the model of quasiexperimental research. the survey instrument to collect data applied under the test mode input and output test whose results we can say that the implementation of the school garden has improved by 95% at the general level was designed.

Expert Value of Satellite Images in Crimes against Forests or Forested Formations in the Ucayali Region, 2017. It is the title of my research; topic that attracted, my interest as a researcher of the masters in criminal law, for which we proposed the following approach as a problem to solve or investigate: What is the probative value of the satellite images of the crimes against forests or forest formations in the Ucayali Region, 2017 ?, whose objective was to establish this expert probative value in crimes against forests or forest formations; therefore the hypothetical conjecture, indicates that; The probative value of satellite images of crimes against forests or forest formations in the Ucayali Region, 2017 is determining and positive. Via the qualitative legal method in its explanatory descriptive feature, we analyze our observation units taken from the population that in turn constitutes a sample, by the extension of it. Applied our instrument of 10 items, the sample confirms the approach of the problem and the hypothesis, with what our objective was achieved.
