Mostly quantitative studies have been studied, with 55.55% distributed among the countries of Spain, the United States and Switzerland. Of which 11.11% are prospective, cross-sectional, comparative and experimental quantitative descriptive studies. Where of the total number of articles analyzed, 100% affirm that Triage with the Manchester System is effective for prioritization and management according to clinical risk of the patient in a state of emergency.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of arteriovenous fistula access compared with indwelling central venous catheter for the prevention of infections in patients with chronic kidney disease(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-07-26) Quispe Huaman, Luis Fernando; Marquez Jara, Elizabeth Victoria; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoObjective: Systematize the effectiveness of arteriovenous fistula access compared to a permanent central venous catheter for the prevention of infections in patients with chronic kidney disease. Material and methods: Systematic observational and retrospective quantitative review, subjected to critical selection, using the Grade evaluation system to identify the degree of evidence, found in the following databases: Decs, PubMed, Cochrane, Lilacs, Scielo, Elsevier. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 50% (n= 5/10) are meta-analyses, 40% (n= 4/10) are cohort studies and 10% (n= 1/10) are case studies and controls. According to the results obtained from the systematic review carried out in the present study, they come from the countries of Brazil (20%), followed by the USA (20%), Taiwan (20%), Georgia (10%), Switzerland (10%). %), Canada (10%) and Greece (10%). Results: Likewise, of the evidence found, 100% (n=10/10) indicate that the prevention of infections in patients with AVF access is more effective than CVCP in patients with chronic kidney disease. Conclusion: Prevention of infections in patients with AVF access is more effective than CVCP in patients with chronic kidney disease.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of Cuff Pressure Control in Patients With Endotracheal Tube(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Aguilar Tafur, Sory Marianita; Socla Cadenas, Paulina Yaqueline; Gamarra Bustillos, CarlosObjective: Systematize and analyze the effectiveness of cuff pressure control in patients with an endotracheal tube. Methodology: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading to identify their level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found that 30% (03) correspond to Iran, with 10% (01) we find the United States, France, Switzerland, Spain, India and Venezuela respectively. It has been studied that the majority of these were quasi-experimental studies, with 40%, mainly in the countries of Iran, India, Venezuela and Mexico. A Meta-analysis of France was found, with 10%, with 20% randomized clinical trials, mainly in the countries of the United States and Spain, likewise 20% we have experimental studies and 10% descriptive studies in Iran. Where of the total articles analyzed; 80% affirm that the use of a manometer to control cuff pressure in patients with an endotracheal tube is the most effective and the digital palpation technique is not a reliable measure to estimate pressure. Conclusions: It was evident in the reviewed research that the use of a manometer to control cuff pressure in patients with an endotracheal tube is the most effective and palpation is not a reliable measure to estimate the pressure, thereby reducing the risk. of tracheal mucosal lesions in patients treated in critical units.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of early mobilization in intensive care unit patients(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Delgado Marquina, Cecilia; Ruiz Burgos, Laura Isabel; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerThis is a Systematic Review that consists of 10 research articles with full text that describe the results of its application in the early mobilization of patients hospitalized in intensive care units, as well as the benefits that this entails. The selected articles were subjected to a reading. criticism, using the Grade evaluation to identify its level of evidence. 60% (06) of the research found correspond to systematic reviews, the countries being Brazil (20%); USA, Canada, France and Australia with 10% each; and 40% (4) correspond to quantitative scientific articles from the countries Colombia, France, Brazil and Switzerland. Results: 90% (9) of the total of articles reviewed (10) indicated that early mobilization is effective, safe and has beneficial effects for the patient in intensive care units; in addition to having a significantly positive impact on the functional outcomes of patients; reduces associated complications derived from prolonged bed rest and also reduces the length of hospital stay. Conclusion: it was evident that 90% of studies affirm that early mobilization is an effective, safe and beneficial therapy to reduce complications and the stay of hospitalized patients in intensive care units.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of mindfulness-based interventions to reduce ruminative thoughts in adult patients with depression(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-09-22) Castro Cortez, Marcos Antonio; Avila Vargas Machuca, Jeannette GiselleObjective: Systematize evidence on the effectiveness of mindfulness-based interventions to reduce ruminative thoughts in adult patients with depression. Material and methods: Systematic observational and retrospective quantitative review, subjected to critical selection, using the Grade evaluation system to identify the degree of evidence, selected from the following databases: Sciencedirect, Wiley Online Library, Dialnet, PubMed. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 40% (n= 4/10) are systematic reviews, 30% (n= 3/10) are randomized controlled trials and 30% (n= 3/10) are meta-analyses. The results obtained from the systematic review carried out in the present study come from the countries of England (10%), United Kingdom (20%), Switzerland (10%), China (10%), Spain (10%), USA ( 20%) and Netherlands (20%). According to design, 80% (8/10) is a randomized clinical trial, 20% (2/10) is a systematic review. According to evidence, 100% (10/10) evidence efficacy of the i-gel supraglottic device in pediatric patients according to the insertion success rate on the first attempt. Of the 10 articles reviewed, it is shown that the insertion success rate on the first attempt was 70% to 100%, with an insertion time of 13.5s to 25s, a good vision of the fiber optic of 74%. to 97%, as well as a good insertion of the gastric tube with a value of 90% to 100% and finally obtained a leak pressure of 20cmH2O at 25 cmH2O. Conclusions: There is evidence of the effectiveness of the i-gel supraglottic device in pediatric patients based on the insertion success rate on the first attempt.Ítem Acceso abierto Intervention Effectiveness: Case Management to Decrease Patient Visits in the Emergency Department(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-18) Inga Balbin, Wendy Kiara; Velarde Huayamares, Christian Andres; Matta Solis, Hernán HugoObjective: Systematize evidence on the effectiveness of the intervention: case management to reduce patient visits to the emergency department.
