360-degree evaluation and its effect on the performance of university teachers in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic in a Peruvian University in the period of 2022

Resumen
The objective of this research was to determine the effect of 360° evaluation and teaching performance in the context of the covid-19 pandemic. The research methodology was inductive, basic, qualitative, with a cross-sectional case study design. The sample studied was chosen by the principle of convenience, composed of 3 university professors from a Peruvian university. The data was collected through in-depth interviews, to find out the opinion about the 360° evaluation. The result of these interviews showed that the 360° evaluation has a positive effect on teaching performance. The conclusion showed that according to the interviews carried out and the analysis with the Atlas-ti correlation program, there is an influence of the 360 ° evaluation, with a positive effect on teaching performance, helping the continuous improvement of teaching work in favor of The college students.
Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar el efecto de la evaluación 360° y el desempeño docente en el contexto de la pandemia covid19. La metodología de investigación fue inductiva, de tipo básico, cualitativo, con diseño de estudio de casos y de corte transversal. La muestra estudiada fue elegida por el principio de conveniencia, compuesta por 3 docentes universitarios de una universidad peruana. Los datos fueron recolectados mediante entrevistas a profundidad, para conocer la opinión sobre la evaluación 360°. El resultado de dichas entrevistas, evidenció que la evaluación 360° tiene un efecto positivo en el desempeño docente. La conclusión evidencio que según las entrevistas realizadas y el análisis con el programa de correlación Atlas-ti, existe una influencia de la evaluación 360°, con un efecto positivo en el desempeño docente, ayudando a la mejora continua de la labor docente en favor de los estudiantes universitarios.
