Introducción: Las enfermeras que realizan tareas en el centro de esterilización si bien es cierto no dan atención al usuario en salud de forma directos, tienen como responsabilidad garantizar la calidad del proceso de esterilización y garantizar que cada instrumento o material esté en un lugar seguro antes de su uso en los pacientes. Por ello, los materiales textiles, material médico e instrumental quirúrgico son recibidos, preparados, procesados, inspeccionados y distribuidos en las diferentes áreas asistenciales del hospital de esta zona. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre el proceso de Esterilización en autoclave a vapor y la práctica de enfermería de la central de Esterilización del hospital de la región del callao-2024 Metodología: Para lograr los objetivos establecidos, será dado de forma hipotético-deductivo y utilizará un enfoque cuantitativo, transversal, no experimental y correlacional. Un total de 80 empleados de enfermería y se utilizaran métodos de encuesta y observación es por ello que se utilizarán un cuestionario y un manual de observación cuentan con validez y confiabilidad para la primera con 0,83 y la variable 2 con 0,91. Se empleará el programa estadístico. Por otro lado el estadístico Rho de Spearman se aplicará para analizar la relación, así como Excel y SPSS versión 26 entre dos variables que son consideradas significativas.
Resumen
Introduction: The nurses who perform tasks in the sterilization center, although it is true that they do not provide direct health care to the user, have the responsibility of guaranteeing the quality of the sterilization process and guaranteeing that each instrument or material is in a safe place before of its use in patients. Therefore, textile materials, medical supplies and surgical instruments are received, prepared, processed, inspected and distributed in the different healthcare areas of the hospital in this area. Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about the steam autoclave sterilization process and the nursing practice of the Sterilization center of the hospital in the Callao region-2024 Methodology: To achieve the established objectives, it will be given in a hypothetical-deductive manner and will use a quantitative, transversal, non-experimental and correlational approach. A total of 80 nursing employees and survey and observation methods will be used, which is why a questionnaire and an observation manual will be used, with validity and reliability for the first with 0.83 and variable 2 with 0.91. The statistical program will be used. On the other hand, Spearman's Rho statistic will be applied to analyze the relationship, as well as Excel and SPSS version 26 between two variables that are considered significant..
