The present research stems from the purpose of understanding how leadership, as an essential human factor, defines the rhythm of daily operations at the Leña & Carbón rotisserie (Lima, 2026). The primary objective is to discover the strength of the relationship between the way the team is led and the efficiency with which employees meet their goals. We begin with the premise that inspiring leadership acts as the engine driving superior performance within the restaurant. To test this, a quantitative approach and a correlational design will be adopted, working directly with the 27 collaborators who bring the company to life. Through detailed questionnaires, they will be consulted on their perception of the leadership they receive and their own labor productivity. Using statistical analysis of the collected data, the study aims to identify whether styles such as Transformational Leadership or Servant Leadership succeed in getting staff to commit beyond their basic duties. The expected findings intend to demonstrate that the operational success of Leña & Carbón depends not only on technical processes but on cultivating more human and empathetic leaders who know how to guide their teams toward excellence.
