Resumen
La investigación tendrá como objetivo “Determinar la relación entre el compromiso organizacional y el desempeño del personal de enfermería”. Se efectuará una investigación hipotético deductiva, cuantitativa, no experimental de corte transversal, con la colaboración de 130 personal de enfermería de un hospital de Lima, 2025. En el caso del acopio de información, se empleará la encuesta la cual trabajará con dos cuestionarios, asimismo, las contestaciones, se codificarán en un repositorio de información por variables, esto por medio del Excel, luego dicha data se procesará estadísticamente mediante SPSS 25.0, que facilitará generar hallazgos descriptivos con tablas de frecuencia y porcentajes mostrando los niveles de las variables estudiadas, además inferenciales mediante Rho de Spearman a fin de constatar si las variables se relacionan o no, con lo cual poder concluir el estudio.
Resumen
The objective of the study is "To determine the relationship between organizational commitment and nursing staff performance". The work will be developed with a hypothetical deductive method which is based on the quantitative approach, with a non-experimental cross sectional design, with a sample of 130 nursing staff from a hospital in Lima, 2025. In the case of the collection of the sample data, the survey technique will be used, which will work with two questionnaires, also once the sample responses are obtained, they will be put into in a data store by variables -dimensions, this by means of the Excel program, then said data will be statistically processed by the SPSS 25.0 program, which will provide detailed outcomes with frequency and percentage tables showing the levels of the variables studied, as well as inferential results using Spearman's Rho test to corroborate whether the variables are related or not, with which to conclude the study.
