General objective: “To determine the relationship between family support and adherence to pharmacological treatment among patients with depression at the Lima Community Mental Health Center, 2026.” Materials and Methods: Hypothesis-deductive, with a quantitative approach, non experimental, cross-sectional design at the correlational level, aimed at identifying the relationship between the study variables. This methodological approach will allow for the collection of empirical data that will help test the proposed hypotheses. The study population will consist of 60 patients diagnosed with depression, using a census sample. To collect data, two previously validated tools will be administered: the Leitón Family Support Scale and the Morisky-Green Levine questionnaire. Results: The data obtained will be organized and presented using statistical tables and graphs, enabling a descriptive and correlational analysis of the variables studied. To determine the relationship between family support and adherence to pharmacological treatment, inferential statistics will be used via Spearman’s correlation coefficient, which will establish the degree of association between the two variables.
