El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el desempeño docente y el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes de la Escuela Académico Profesional de Obstetricia de la Universidad Norbert Wiener, 2018. Material y Método: El estudio responde a un diseño una investigación cuantitativa aplicada, correlacional, prospectivo y transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 314 estudiantes de la Escuela Académico Profesional de Obstetricia. Se utilizó como instrumento dos cuestionarios que evaluaron el nivel de desempeño docente y el nivel de satisfacción desde la perspectiva de los estudiantes. Resultados: Existe relación significativa con el nivel de desempeño docente y el nivel de satisfacción según objetivos específicos desde la perspectiva de los estudiantes de la Escuela Académico Profesional de Obstetricia de la Universidad Norbert Wiener, 2018. Conclusión: el desempeño docente y la satisfacción de los estudiantes se relacionan estadísticamente significativa (Prueba Ji-Cuadro significativo p valor <0,05). El valor del coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman igual a ,999, se llegó a la conclusión que existe una correlación positiva perfecta. Esto se entiende, que en la medida que mejore el desempeño docente, mayor es la satisfacción de los estudiantes.
Resumen
The objective of this research work is to: Determine the relationship between teaching performance and the level of satisfaction of the students of the Academic Professional School of Obstetrics at the Norbert Wiener University, 2018. Material and Method: The study responds to a design quantitative applied, correlational, prospective and transversal research. The sample consisted of 314 students of the Professional Obstetrics Academic School. Two questionnaires were used as an instrument that evaluated the level of teaching performance and the level of satisfaction from the perspective of the students. Results: Whether there is a significant relationship with the level of teaching performance and the level of satisfaction according to specific objectives from the perspective of the students of the Academic Professional School of Obstetrics of the Norbert Wiener University, 2018. Conclusion: the teaching performance and the satisfaction of Students are statistically significant (Test Ji-Significant p-value <0.05). The value of Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient equal to, 999, leads to the conclusion that there is a perfect positive correlation. This translates, to the extent that improves the teaching performance, greater is the satisfaction of the students.
