Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar la relación que existe entre Supervisión Pedagógica y Calidad Educativa en docentes de Centros de Educación Básica Alternativa – Privados de la UGEL 04 de Comas, para el año 2018. La investigación fue desarrollada bajo el Método deductivo, Enfoque cuantitativo. Tipo de investigación: El tipo de investigación es aplicada, el nivel del estudio es descriptivo – correlacional. Diseño de la investigación: no experimental. Población y muestra: La muestra está constituida por 113 docentes que laboran en los Centros de Educación Básica Alternativa Privados de la UGEL 04 de Comas. Se consideró el instrumento elaborado por el investigador, que es el Cuestionario el cual tiene 3 dimensiones. Prueba de hipótesis: En la contrastación de la hipótesis el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman muestra un índice de 0,973 es decir 97.3%, con un índice de libertad de ,027 ó 2,7% con lo que validamos dicha correlación, por lo tanto, se acepta la hipótesis alterna (Ha) y se rechaza la hipótesis nula (H0). Conclusión: Se determinó que la supervisión pedagógica influye de manera directa y significativa en la calidad educativa. Asimismo, se estableció que existe relación entre el Control, Monitoreo y Acompañamiento Pedagógico con la Calidad Educativa, en docentes de los Centros de Educación Básica Alternativa – Privados de la UGEL 04 de Comas.
Resumen
The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship that exists between Pedagogical Supervision and Educational Quality in teachers of Alternative Basic Education Centers - Private of the UGEL 04 de Comas, for the year 2018. The research was developed under the deductive method, quantitative approach. Type of research: The type of research is applied, the level of the study is descriptive - correlational. Research design: non-experimental. Population and sample: The sample is made up of 113 teachers who work in the Private Alternative Basic Education Centers of the UGEL 04 in Comas. The instrument developed by the researcher was considered, which is the Questionnaire which has 3 dimensions. Hypothesis test: In the hypothesis testing, the Spearman Rho correlation coefficient shows an index of 0.973, that is, 97.3%, with a freedom index of .027 or 2.7%, with which we validate said correlation, therefore , the alternate hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Conclusion: It was determined that pedagogical supervision influences directly and significantly the educational quality. Likewise, it was established that there is a relationship between Control, Monitoring and Pedagogical Accompaniment with Educational Quality, in teachers of the Centers for Alternative Basic Education - Private of the UGEL 04 in Comas.
