Resumen
The present work aims to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction of the nursing professional of a surgical center of a private clinic in Lima, 2023; Likewise, the work will be developed in a quantitative approach, with a hypothetical deductive method, basic, working with a descriptive-correlational level, and a non-experimental design with a population and sample of 78 nursing professionals, working with two validated and reliable questionnaires. In the collection of data these instruments will be applied in an average of 30 minutes per patient with which it will be possible to obtain a database that will be analyzed by the statistical program SPSS 25.0, which will yield the results in tables and graphs in order to interpret the results and in the inferential aspect the Spearman's Rho test will be applied, to test the hypotheses and provide the conclusions of the case.
Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene el objetivo de determinar la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería de centro quirúrgico de una clínica privada de Lima, 2023; asimismo el trabajo se desarrollará en un enfoque cuantitativo, con un método hipotético deductivo, básica, trabajando con un nivel descriptivo-correlacional, y un diseño no experimental con una población y muestra de 78 profesionales de enfermería, se trabajara con dos cuestionarios validados y confiables. En la recolección de los datos estos instrumentos serán aplicados en un promedio de 30 minutos por profesionalcon lo cual se podrá obtener una base de datos que será analizada por el programa estadístico SPSS 25.0, el cual arrojará los resultados en tablas y gráficos con el fin de poder interpretar los resultados y en el aspecto inferencial se aplicará la prueba de Rho de Spearman, para comprobar las hipótesis y brindar las conclusiones del caso.
