Introduction: one of the strategies currently used to reduce social unrest is to develop strategies to improve the quality of health services. So, if we talk about quality in the hemodialysis service, we must consider the patient's perception of the quality of the treatment provided in the specialized service and the quality of the effective process of delivering that service measured through satisfaction. Objective: to determine how the quality of the hemodialysis service is related to satisfaction with care in patients of the specialized clinic 'Clinical Care', Lima - 2023. Methods: quantitative research under a non-experimental, descriptive, descriptive, relational and cross-sectional design in a population and census sample of 120 patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the specialized clinic; to whom a survey will be applied using two specialized tools such as the Cronin, J. and Taylor, A. (1994) questionnaire to measure the quality of the Serperf model hemodialysis service and the Feletti, G. (1986) questionnaire to measure satisfaction with care. The data collected will be statistically processed under the cover of descriptive formulas and inferential equations, taking into account the ethical aspects of the research.

Una de las estrategias que se utilizan actualmente para reducir la inquietud social es desarrollar estrategias para mejorar la calidad de los servicios de salud. Entonces, si hablamos de calidad en el servicio de hemodiálisis, debemos considerar la percepción del paciente sobre la calidad del tratamiento brindado en el servicio especializado y la calidad del proceso efectivo de entrega de ese servicio medido a través de la satisfacción
