El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar el grado de eficacia del programa educativo “Quién fui, quién soy y quién seré” para fortalecer el clima social escolar en básica secundaria de instituciones educativas oficiales de la zona educativa centro y oriente de Cali, 2016. El estudio se ubicó en el enfoque cuantitativo, con tipo de investigación aplicada y diseño cuasi experimental con grupo control y grupo experimental. La población fue de 245 estudiantes de grado noveno, se realizó un muestreo no probabilístico para una muestra de 120 estudiantes, la recolección de datos se realizó a través del diseño del instrumento encuesta, para medir el clima social escolar en el aula, la encuesta fue validada por jueces expertos y presentó un 0.8 de confiabilidad en el Alpha de Cronbach. El instrumento de recolección de información se aplicó antes (pre-test) y después (post-test) del programa educativo “quien fui, quien soy y quien seré”, se realizó la prueba de diferencia de medias t – Student, para cada grupo y entre los grupos; en consecuencia se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alternativa, con una significancia del 0.02 para la institución Luz Haydee Guerrero Molina y del 0.00 para la institución educativa Villacolombia, comprobándose la eficacia del programa educativo mejora significativamente el clima social escolar en básica secundaria en las instituciones educativas centro y oriente de Cali. Se recomienda fortalecer el trabajo en equipo y capacitar a los docentes en programación neurolingüística para que la comunidad se apropie de las herramientas de programación neurolingüísticas para modelado del comportamiento que favorezca el clima social escolar.
Resumen
The main objective of this research was to determine the degree of effectiveness of the educational program "Who I was, who I am and who I will be" to strengthen the school social climate in basic secondary schools of the educational center of central and eastern Cali, 2016. The study was located in the quantitative approach, with type of applied research and quasi experimental design with control group and experimental group. The population was of 245 students of grade ninth, Non-probabilistic sampling for a sample of 120 students was realized. Data collection was done through the design of the survey instrument, to measure the school social climate in the classroom, the survey was validated by expert judges and presented a 0.8 reliability in the Cronbach Alpha. The instrument of data collection was applied before (pre-test) and after (post-test) of the educational program "who I was, who I am and who I will be", the test of difference of tStudent means for each group And between groups. As a consequence, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, with a significance of 0.02 for the Luz Haydee Guerrero Molina institution and 0.00 for the educational institution Villacolombia, proving the effectiveness of the educational program significantly improves the school social climate in secondary secondary school in The educational institutions of central and eastern Cali. It is recommended to strengthen teamwork and train teachers in neurolinguistic programming for the community to appropriate the neurolinguistic modeling programming tolos.
