Introduction: Nursing professionals have a fundamental role in the care of a premature child, for the restoration of his health, adopting techniques or methods that contribute to his recovery, therefore the objective of the study was focused on Analyzing the relationship of the level of knowledge and attitude of nursing staff of the kangaroo method in premature Neonatal Intensive Care of a public hospital in Yurimaguas-2023. Method: It will use a hypothetical deductive method allowing to identify the phenomenon, with a quantitative approach and an applied type directly identifying the variable, likewise with a non-experimental design with a correlational scope. The study will have a sample of 80 nurses from the neonatology service of the intensive care unit, the data collection will be given through two instruments for the knowledge variable elaborated by Márquez and the instrument of attitudes by Huallcapuma, both instruments had the validity and reliability process appropriate for your application. The analysis method will be given in two descriptive processes through the representation of tables and graphs and an inferential one that will go through a normality test to determine the type of correlation coefficient that will be used for the relationship of the variables.
Resumen
Introducción: El desempeño de un profesional en el cuidado de un niño prematuro, está centrado en restablecimiento de su saluda través del uso de técnicas o métodos que contribuyan a su recuperación. Por ello el Objetivo: es relación del nivel de conocimientos y la actitud del personal de enfermería del método canguro en prematuros de cuidados intensivos neonatales de un hospital Público de Yurimaguas-2023. Método: Usara un método hipotético deductivo que permitieron identificar el fenómeno, con un enfoque de naturaleza cuantitativo y un tipo de estudio aplicado identificando de manera directa la variable, así mismo desarrollará un diseño no experimental y un alcance correlacional. El estudio contará con una muestra de 80 enfermeras, para la recolección, se usó la técnica de la entrevista y el instrumento para variable conocimiento elaborado por Márquez y el instrumento de actitudes por Huallcapuma ambos instrumentos contaron con el proceso de validez y confiabilidad adecuados para su aplicación. El método de análisis se dará en dos procesos, el primero unos análisis descriptivos a través de tablas y gráficos y uno inferencial que pasará por una prueba de normalidad para determina el tipo de correlación que usará para la relación de las variables.
