The current research proposed to determine how the working conditions are related to the work performance of the nursing staff of a hospital center in Lima, in the year 2023. The methodological synthesis consisted of a deductive hypothetical research, being this quantitative as well as descriptive correlational, also, it was applied, which was developed under a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, where 80 nursing care collaborators were given a survey developed by the researcher Cáceres in 2019 whose 21 items evaluated the working conditions associated with the work space environment, physical and organizational characteristics, on the other hand, 20 items that evaluated the attitudinal and operational factors associated with job performance. Prior to data collection, these instruments were validated by teachers from a well-known university who qualified them as suitable for distribution and application. After processing the data collected, the findings showed a Spearman correlation of 0.689 and a sig. of less than 0.05, confirming that the working conditions of the hospital center studied are related to the work performance of the nursing staff.
Resumen
La actual investigación propuso determinar cómo las condiciones de trabajo se relacionan con el desempeño laboral del personal asistencial de enfermería de un centro hospitalario de Lima, año 2023. La síntesis metodológica consistió en una investigación hipotética deductiva, siendo esta cuantitativa así como descriptiva correlacional , asimismo, fue aplicada, la cual fue desarrollada bajo un diseño no experimental y transversal, donde a 80 colaboradores asistenciales de enfermería se les práctico una encuesta elaborado por el investigador Cáceres en el 2019 cuyos 21 ítems evaluaron las condiciones de trabajo asociadas al ambiente del espacio de trabajo, las características físicas y organizacionales, por otro lado, 20 ítems que evaluaron los factores actitudinales y operativas asociadas al desempeño laboral .
