The objective of the study is to determine the relationship between perception of humanized nursing care and renal patient satisfaction in the hemodialysis service of a hospital in Lima in 2023, whose methodology will be quantitative and will use the deductive method, the type of research will be applied, the design will be non-experimental, the cut will be cross-sectional and the level will be correlational. As for the population, 130 users attending the hemodialysis service of a hospital in Lima, in the Lima region of Peru will be considered. The technique to be used will be the survey and the instruments will be two questionnaires. The instruments were previously validated and they are questionnaires that will measure the following variables: the questionnaire to assess the patient's perception of humanized nursing care, which has a reliability coefficient of 0.96 Cronbach's Alpha, and the questionnaire to measure the satisfaction of the patient with chronic renal failure, which has a coefficient of 0.91 Cronbach's Alpha; the results will be tabulated to elaborate the necessary statistics and they will be interpreted using tables and graphs. Finally, the degree of relationship between the mentioned variables will be evaluated using the Pearson's coefficient or Spearman's Rho, which will provide an answer to the stated objective.
Resumen
El objetivo del estudio es determinar la relación entre la percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente renal en el servicio de hemodiálisis de un hospital de Lima en el año 2023, cuya metodología será cuantitativa y empleará el método deductivo, el tipo de investigación será aplicada, el diseño será no experimental, el corte será transversal y el nivel será correlacional. En cuanto a la población, se tomará en cuenta a 130 usuarios que acuden al servicio de hemodiálisis de un hospital de Lima, de la región Lima - Perú. Con respecto a la técnica a utilizar será la encuesta y en cuanto al instrumento se emplearán dos cuestionarios. Los instrumentos fueron previamente validados y son cuestionarios que medirán las variables, a saber: el cuestionario para valorar la percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería, cuenta con un coeficiente de confiabilidad de 0,96 de Alpha de Cronbach y el cuestionario para medir la satisfacción del paciente renal en el servicio de hemodiálisis, cuenta con un coeficiente de 0,91 de Alpha de Cronbach; los resultados se tabularán para elaborar las estadísticas necesarias y se interpretarán mediante tablas y gráficos. Finalmente, se evaluará el grado de relación entre ambas variables mediante el coeficiente de Pearson o el Rho de Spearman, que dará respuesta al objetivo planteado.
