Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la calidad de atención en salud y actitud del usuario frente a la vacunación. Se realizó un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional, prospectivo y de corte trasversal, la muestra estuvo constituida por 200 usuarios seleccionada de manera probabilística aleatoria simple. Para la recolección de los datos se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, el instrumento para la calidad de atención en salud fue un cuestionario elaborado con escala de Likert (Alpha de Crombach, α 0= 0.88), de la misma manera para la Actitud (Alpha de Crombach, α 0= 0.71). Como resultados descriptivos se obtuvo que un 98.5 % (197) de los usuarios perciben un alto nivel de calidad de atención en salud, en tanto que el nivel medio obtuvo un 1.5% (3) y ninguno en un nivel bajo, mientras que la Actitud frente a la vacunación es de indiferencia 62% (124), de aceptación 38% (76) y de rechazo 0% (0). Y como resultados inferenciales se obtuvo que si existe relación significativa entre la calidad de atención en salud y la actitud del usuario frente a la vacunación, estadísticamente Rho= 0.226 y p=0.01 (p<0.05) determinando correlación positiva considerable, como segundo resultado inferencial si existe relación significativa entre la dimensión Técnica con la actitud del usuario frente a la vacunación, estadísticamente Rho= 0.202 y p=0.004 (p<0.05), considerándose correlación positiva, como tercer resultado inferencial si existe relación significativa entre la dimensión Humana y la actitud del usuario frente a la vacunación en el centro de vacunación internacional Medical & Health, Agosto 2019. Estadísticamente Rho= 0.230 y p=0.001 (p<0.05), resultando correlación positiva media, como cuarto resultado no existe relación significativa entre la dimensión Del entorno y la actitud del usuario frente a la vacunación, Estadísticamente Rho= 0.088 y p=0.214 (p<0.05) encontrándose correlación negativa.
Resumen
This research work had the general objective of determining the quality of health care and the user's attitude towards vaccination. A study with a quantitative, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional type was carried out, the sample consisted of 200 users selected in a simple random probabilistic manner. For the data collection, the survey technique was applied, the instrument for the quality of health care was a questionnaire prepared with a Likert scale (Alpha de Crombach, α 0 = 0.88), in the same way for Attitude (Crombach's Alpha, α 0 = 0.71). As descriptive results, it was obtained that 98.5% (197) of the users perceive a high level of quality of health care, while the average level obtained 1.5% (3) and none at a low level, while the Attitude against vaccination it is of indifference 62% (124), acceptance 38% (76) and rejection 0% (0). And as inferential results, it was obtained that if there is a significant relationship between the quality of health care and the user's attitude towards vaccination, statistically Rho = 0.226 and p = 0.01 (p <0.05), determining a considerable positive correlation, as the second inferential result if There is a significant relationship between the Technical dimension and the user's attitude towards vaccination, statistically Rho = 0.202 and p = 0.004 (p <0.05), considering a positive correlation, as the third inferential result if there is a significant relationship between the Human dimension and the attitude of the user against vaccination at the international vaccination center Medical & Health, Abril 2020. Statistically Rho = 0.230 and p = 0.001 (p <0.05), resulting in a positive mean correlation, as a fourth result there is no significant relationship between the dimension of the environment and the user attitude towards vaccination, Statistically Rho = 0.088 and p = 0.214 (p <0.05) enc finding negative correlation.
