The satisfaction of mothers in nursing care is one of the most important aspects in skin-toskin contact after childbirth, where it involves an experience, experiences, and strengthens feelings in the mother-child dyad, guaranteeing an increase in attachment. and the production of the mother's milk through stimuli by the sucking effect of the neonate. Objective: To determine the relationship between the satisfaction of postpartum mothers with nursing care regarding skin-to-skin contact with adherence to breastfeeding in the delivery room of the Juan Pablo II Maternal and Child Center, Villa El Salvador, 2023 Methodology: Study with a quantitative approach, descriptive method, non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The population was comprised of 80 mothers who are in the delivery room and joint accommodation service. The first instrument is carried out by Donabedian, which has been modified by the researchers Anchapuri Y, Limache M (2019) for the purposes of their search, the questionnaire that will allow us to know the satisfaction of mothers about nursing care and the skin-to-skin contact related to breastfeeding, the second instrument is an observation guide, which has been built by UNICEF (1992) and used by Román M. and Espejo D. (2019) in Lima within their study and will let look at breastfeeding whether or not you run the baby. To determine the relationship of the variables, the statistical test of independence of Chisquare criteria was applied with 95% reliability and a significance level of 0.05%.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre la satisfacción de las madres puérperas del cuidado de enfermería sobre el contacto piel a piel con el apego a la lactancia materna en sala de parto del Centro Materno Infantil Juan Pablo II, Villa el Salvador, 2023. Metodología: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, método descriptivo, diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La población estuvo comprendida por 80 madres del servicio de sala de parto y alojamiento conjunto. El primer instrumento es llevado a cabo por Donabedian, el cual ha sido modificado por las investigadoras Anchapuri Y, Limache M (2019) para fines de su búsqueda, el cuestionario nos permitirá conocer la satisfacción de las madres sobre la atención de enfermería y el contacto piel a piel relacionado con la lactancia materna, el segundo instrumento es una guía de observación, el cual ha sido construido por la UNICEF (1992) y empleado por Román M. y Espejo D. (2019), dejará mirar la lactación materna si ejecuta o no el bebé. Para la determinación de la relación de las variables, se aplicó con el 95% de confiabilidad y un nivel de significación de 0.05% la prueba estadística de independencia de criterios Chi cuadrado
