Resumen
The present research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between managerial skills and organizational development among healthcare professionals in the Huaylas Norte Health Network during 2023. The study will follow a quantitative approach, as the variables need to be quantified to represent the research problem, ensuring that all analyzed data is measurable. The sample will consist of 90 healthcare professionals from the Huaylas Norte Health Network, representing a subset of the overall population targeted for the investigation. The technique used is based on a study by Hernández et al. (2010) and was modified according to the research practice of Maribel Vera in Peru (2017). This method involves asking questions to the participants, either individually or in groups, over a 30-minute session. This tool enables the evaluation of leadership skills and organizational development within the Huaylas Norte Health Network (2023).
Resumen
La Presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar si existe relación entre las habilidades gerenciales y el desarrollo organizacional de los profesionales de la salud de la Red de Salud Huaylas Norte en el periodo 2023. La investigación tendrá un enfoque cuantitativo, porque se requiere de las variables para representar el problema de investigación, es decir los datos analizados deben ser siempre cuantificables, con una muestra de 90 profesionales de la salud de la Red de Salud Huaylas Norte, la muestra es parte del universo o población para la cual se llevará a cabo la investigación, la técnica que se utilizara se basó en un estudio de Hernández et. En el 2010 y lo modificó de acuerdo con la práctica investigativa de Maribel Vera en el 2017 en Perú, es una técnica para hacer preguntas a las personas en estudio, individualmente o en grupo que duran 30 minutos, Esta herramienta nos permite evaluar las habilidades de liderazgo y desarrollo organizacional en la Red de Salud Huaylas Norte (2023).
