The general objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the perception of humanized care and the satisfaction of nursing care, in patients who enter the emergency area of the María Auxiliadora Hospital, Lima-2021. It has a hypothetical-deductive methodology with a quantitative approach, descriptive and correlational, with a population made up of 60 patients hospitalized in the emergency area. It has as an instrument for the perception of humanized care a survey of 36 questions and for the satisfaction of nursing care. a survey made up of 30 questions, both instruments were validated by the judgment of 5 experts and obtained a reliability of 0.835 for the questionnaire on the perception of humanized care and 0.868 for the questionnaire of satisfaction with nursing care, using Cronbach's alpha and for the polytomous alternative scores and for hypothesis testing, Spearman's or Pearson's Rho will be used. This research will be expected to demonstrate whether there is a relationship between the study variables.
Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación de la percepción del cuidado humanizado y la satisfacción del cuidado enfermero, en pacientes que ingresan al área de emergencia del Hospital María Auxiliadora, Lima-2021. Tiene una metodología hipotético-deductivo de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo y correlacional, con una población conformada por 60 pacientes hospitalizados en el área de emergencia, tiene como instrumento para la percepción del cuidado humanizado una encuesta de 36 preguntas y para la satisfacción del cuidado enfermero una encuesta conformada por 30 preguntas, ambos instrumentos fueron validados por juicio de 5 expertos y obtuvieron una confiabilidad de 0.835 para el cuestionario de la percepción del cuidado humanizado y de 0.868 para el cuestionario de satisfacción del cuidado enfermero, utilizando el alfa de Cronbach y para las puntuaciones alternativas politómicas y para la contrastación de hipótesis se utilizara el Rho de Spearman o Pearson se esperará con esta investigación demostrar si existe relación entre las variables de estudio.
