The objective of this research is: To determine the relationship between the technical, scientific, human and environmental dimension of the quality of nursing care and the level of user satisfaction in the Hospitalization service of the Yungay 2023 regional hospital. Methodology: In the research, the hypothetical method was applied, with a quantitative, non-experimental, longitudinal, descriptive correlational approach, the population is 150 patients hospitalized in the medical service in a period of six months. Variable instruments were used; the Likert scale was used to determine the quality of nursing care, and the SERQUAL questionnaire was used for the level of user satisfaction. Method was created by Parasuraman et, (1991) that measures the performance aspect of the quality of nursing care was elaborated by López (2020) and Sifuentes (2021) and applied in Peru by Marcelo (2020 and 2022) for reliability and efficacy, the probabilistic sample for the study at 95% confidence, having a sample of 112 hospitalized patients, surveys were applied individually at different times for 45 minutes. Result, through Kappa, with a value of 77.96 %, the quality of care is good, and with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient test of 0.80 and 0.84, the perception and expectation are good, accepting the (H1) there is a significant relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of the user hospitalized in the medicine service at the Yungay Regional Hospital-2023 Conclusions: It is concluded that there is a close relationship between the quality of nursing care and the degree of satisfaction of users hospitalized in the medicine service of the Yungay Regional Hospital 2023.
Resumen
El objetivo de investigación es; Determinar la relación que existe entre la dimensión, técnico científico, humano y entorno de la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y el nivel de satisfacción del usuario en el servicio de Hospitalización del hospital regional de Yungay 2023. El método aplicado es hipotético, enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, longitudinal, descriptivo correlacional, población 150 pacientes hospitalizados, periodo seis meses. Se empleo instrumentos por variable; calidad de cuidado de enfermería escala Likert y nivel de satisfacción del usuario el cuestionario SERQUAL, método creado por Parasuraman et, (1991) mide aspecto prestacional de la calidad de cuidado de enfermería elaborado por López (2020) y Sifuentes (2021) aplicado en Perú, por Marcelo (2020 y 2022) por confiabilidad y eficacia, muestra probabilística de estudio de 95% de confianza, muestra de 112 pacientes hospitalizados se aplicó la encuesta de forma individual en diferentes tiempos (45 minutos). Resultado, Por Kappa, 77.96 % la calidad de cuidado es buena, y por alfa Cronbach 0.80 y 0.84 la percepción y expectativa son buenas. Concluyendo que Existe relación estrecha entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y grado de satisfacción de los usuarios hospitalizado en el servicio de medicina del Hospital Regional de Yungay 2023.
