Objective: To determine the level of information about surgical intervention related to anxiety in patients entering the surgery service of a hospital in the city of Ayacucho in 2022. Material and method: Cross-sectional and correlational research, has a quantitative approach, is basic, observational. The population that constitutes it will be 100 adult patients from 20 years old to 50 years old for a scheduled surgery. In order to measure the level of knowledge, the survey technique will be applied, the Spielberg questionnaire and rating scale will be applied, with adequate validity, 0.89 and a reliability of 0.79 measured by Crombach's Alpha. The questionnaires will be applied in person, with prior consent from the institution as well as from the patient. The information collected through the instruments described will be entered and processed in the IBM SPSS STATISTICS Version 27 statistical program. The results will be presented in single and double entry tables, in numerical and percentage form.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar cuál es el nivel de información sobre la intervención quirúrgica relacionado con la ansiedad en los pacientes que entran al servicio de cirugía de un hospital de la ciudad de Ayacucho 2022. Material y método: Investigación de corte transversal y correlacional, tiene enfoque cuantitativo, es básica, observacional. la población que lo constituye será de 100 pacientes adultos a partir de los 20 años hasta los 50 años para una cirugía programada. Para poder medir el nivel de conocimiento se aplicará la técnica de la encuesta, se aplicará el cuestionario y escala de valoración de Spielberg, de validez adecuada, 0.89 y una confiabilidad de 0.79 medida por Alfa de Crombach. Se aplicarán los cuestionarios de manera presencial, previo consentimiento con la institución así mismo con el paciente. la información recolectada a través de los instrumentos descritos será ingresada y procesadas en el programa estadístico IBM SPSS STATISTICS Versión 27. Los resultados se presentarán en tablas de una y doble entrada, de forma numérica y porcentual.
