Introduction: Occupational risk is defined as all those dangers that exist around the development of a profession or its activity in particular, including the dangers that exist in the place where you work, which are likely to cause incidents or any type of accident. that may induce some damage or health problem, whether physical or psychological. The objective of our research is to identify the occupational risk in teleworking carried out by the nursing staff of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen national hospital of EsSalud, Lima 2021. Methods: the research is applied, with a quantitative approach, with a cross-sectional descriptive observational design. The population and census sample will consist of all nurses who are teleworking at home and who belong to the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen national hospital of EsSalud, the sample will be collected in Lima during the months of July to August 2021. The technique that will be used is the survey plus observation, the tool to estimate the possible occupational risks of teleworking will be the Teleworking Occupational Risk Questionnaire (CRLT) which was created and validated by experts from the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy of the Government of Spain. It has a reliability measurement of 0.93 with the Kuder-Richardson formula 20.
Resumen
Introducción: Se precisa como riesgo laboral a todos aquellos peligros que existen en torno al desarrollo de una profesión o de su actividad en particular, del mismo los peligros que hay en el sitio donde trabaja, que son susceptibles de ocasionar incidentes o cualquier tipo de siniestros que puedan inducir algún daño o problema de salud ya sea físico o psicológico. El objetivo de nuestra investigación es identificar el riesgo laboral en el teletrabajo que desarrolla el personal de enfermería del hospital nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen de EsSalud, Lima 2021. Métodos: la investigación es aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño de observacional descriptivo transversal. La población y muestra censal estará constituida por todos los enfermeros que se encuentran realizando teletrabajo en casa y que pertenecen al hospital nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen de EsSalud, la muestra se recolectará en Lima durante los meses de julio a agosto de 2021. La técnica que se usará es la encuesta más la observación, la herramienta para estimar los posibles riesgos laborales del teletrabajo será el Cuestionario de Riesgo Laboral del Teletrabajo (CRLT) que fue creado y validado por expertos del Ministerio de Trabajo y Economía Social del Gobierno de España. Cuenta con una medición de confiabilidad 0,93 con la fórmula 20 de Kuder-Richardson.
