Resumen
In this work, there will be a population of 130 nursing graduates working in the Emergency Service of the Villa El Salvador Emergency Hospital. The exclusion and inclusion criteria given in this research will be applied to them. The inclusion criteria are nurses who have been working in the emergency area for more than two years and who give their consent to participate in the research. The exclusion criteria are those who do not give consent, among them we have nurses as students and interns.
Resumen
En este trabajo se tendrá una población formada por 130 Licenciados de enfermería que trabajan en el Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital de Emergencia Villa El Salvador, a ellos se aplicara los criterios de exclusión e inclusión dadas en esta investigación. Los criterios de inclusión son las enfermeras más de dos años que se encuentran laborando en el área de emergencia que den sus consentimientos para participar en la investigación. Los criterios de exclusión son las que no dan los consentimientos, entre ellos tenemos las enfermeras en calidad de estudiante y practicantes.
