Resumen
The purpose of this project is to determine the relationship between Knowledge about the management of multiple trauma patients and nursing practice in the emergency service, hospital of the Ministry of Health of Huaral - 2023; It is also a quantitative approach study, hypothetical-deductive method, applied, with a descriptive level of correlation, and a nonexperimental cross-sectional design study, it will be applied to a population and sample of 80 nurses and technicians from emergency services who will participate in through two instruments: a 20-item knowledge variable questionnaire and a 47-item observation guide, the results will be collected through these instruments, then processed, coded and entered into a database designed in Excel, as well The results will be analyzed and synthesized using the statistical package SPSS version 25.0, which will allow us to obtain descriptive and inferential results. In the case of inferential results, Spearman's rho statistical test will be applied, with which the study hypotheses can be verified. and raise the conclusions of the case.
Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad determinar la relación entre el Conocimiento sobre manejo del paciente politraumatizado y practica de enfermería en el servicio de emergencias, hospital del Ministerio de Salud de Huaral - 2023; además es estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo, aplicado, con un nivel de correlación descriptivo, y un estudio de diseño transversal no experimental, se aplicará a una población y muestra de 80 enfermeras y técnicas de los servicios de emergencia que participarán a través de dos instrumentos: un cuestionario de variables de conocimiento de 20 ítems y una guía de observación de 47 ítems, los resultados serán recolectados a través de estos instrumentos, luego procesados, codificados e ingresados a una base de datos diseñada en Excel, así mismo los resultados serán analizados y sintetizados mediante el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 25.0, el cual nos permitirá para obtener resultados descriptivos e inferenciales en el caso de los resultados inferenciales se aplicará la prueba estadística de rho de Spearman con lo cual se podrá comprobar las hipótesis de estudio y elevar las conclusiones del caso.
