Objective: To identify the factors associated with treatment adherence in patients undergoing hemodialysis treated in the Nephrology service of the Huancayo Hospital, 2021. Methodology: Inductive - deductive, quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional method, with a non-experimental correlational design, population made up of all patients with hemodialysis treatment in the Nephrology service of the aforementioned hospital, in total there are 80 patients who were selected applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sample size was not calculated. Techniques and instruments to collect data, for both variables the survey was applied, the instrument to collect the factors was the questionnaire called "Factors associated with adherence in renal replacement therapy" whose author is Sánchez M. with 23 items divided into four dimensions; The instrument to collect information on adherence was the "Morisky - Green Test - Medication Adherence Questionnaire (MAQ)", by Ortega F, et al. With four items in total and measured a single dimension. Procedures: The data were collected for two months in the nephrology service of the hospital in question, a database was created in the statistical program SPSS-V25. Statistical analysis: frequency tables, graphs, and hypothesis testing were obtained through the analysis of Xi2 with a level of statistical significance of 5%.
Resumen
Objetivo: Identificar los factores asociados con la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes sometidos a hemodiálisis atendidos en el servicio de Nefrología del Hospital de Huancayo, 2021 Metodología: Método inductivo – deductivo, cuantitativo, correlacional, transversal, con diseño no experimental correlacional, población conformada por todos los pacientes con tratamiento de hemodiálisis del servicio de Nefrología del hospital antes referido, en total son 80 pacientes que fueron seleccionados aplicando criterios de inclusión y exclusión. No se calculó el tamaño muestral. Las técnicas e instrumentos para recolectar datos, para ambas variables se aplicó la encuesta, el instrumento para recolectar los factores fue el cuestionario denominado “Factores asociados a la adherencia en terapia de reemplazo renal” cuyo autor es Sánchez M. con 23 ítems divididos en cuatro dimensiones; el instrumento para recolectar la información sobre la adherencia fue el “Test de Morisky - Green - Medication Adherence Questionnaire (MAQ)”, de Ortega F, y Cols. Con cuatro ítems en total y midió una sola dimensión. Procedimientos: Los datos fueron recolectados durante dos meses en el servicio de nefrología del hospital en mención, se elaboró una base de datos en el programa estadístico SPSS-V25, Análisis estadístico: se obtuvo tablas de frecuencia, gráficos, y la comprobación de hipótesis mediante el análisis de Xi2 con nivel de significancia estadística de 5%.
