The objective of the work was to determine the effectiveness of mobilizations with movement in joint range and kinesophobia in knee pain patients. The study followed a hypothetico-deductive approach, with a quantitative focus, and applied experimental design with a pre-experimental sub-design. The study population consisted of patients diagnosed with knee pain at the National Hospital of Moquegua in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation area between November and December 2022, with a total of 104 patients and a sample of 82. The Tampa Scale and a Goniometer were used to assess the dependent variables, validated by expert judgment along with a data collection sheet developed by the author. A pilot test with 20 patients was conducted, yielding a Cronbach's alpha of 0.86, confirming the reliability of this instrument for future research by healthcare professionals.
Resumen
El objetivo del trabajo fue determinar la efectividad de las movilizaciones con movimiento en el rango articular y Kinesiofobia en pacientes con dolor de rodilla. El estudio fue del tipo hipotético- deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo, según el tipo fue aplicada y con diseño experimental con sub-diseño pre-experimental. La población para este estudio fue representado por los pacientes con diagnóstico relacionado al dolor de rodilla de un Hospital Nacional de Moquegua del área de Medicina Física y Rehabilitación entre los meses de noviembre a diciembre del 2022, siendo un total de 104 pacientes, con una muestra de 82 pacientes. Se utilizó como instrumento la Escala de Tampa y el Goniómetro para evaluar las variables dependientes, el cual fue validado por juicio de expertos junto a una ficha de recolección de datos elaborada por el autor. Para que este sea confiable se realizó una prueba piloto con 20 pacientes obteniendo un alfa de Cronbach de 0,86 la cual confirmaría la confiabilidad este instrumento puede ser utilizado en futuras investigaciones por profesionales del área de la salud.
