The research was carried out in a time of pandemic, where education was developed in a time full of emotions of uncertainty, fear and hope, thus showing the need for certain capacities of teachers to carry out their pedagogical practice successfully. For reason, the objective of the research analyzed the incidence of creativity and socio-emotional capacity of 9 cases of teachers in Bogotá, and how they affect their pedagogical practice in 2020. The inductive method, qualitative approach, phenomenological design and study are used. of cases. The sample was selective, for which 3 teachers from official schools, 3 teachers from private schools and 3 teachers from agreed schools will be chosen. The TECA test to measure emotional intelligence, the CREA test to analyze creative intelligence, a Checklist and an in-depth interview were applied to analyze the pedagogical practice category. Each of the instruments was validated by 10 experts in the area. The application of instruments was divided, so as not to interrupt the teachers' work time. the investigation was fruitful for later studies of educational psychology.
Resumen
La investigación se realizó en una época de pandemia, donde la educación se desarrolló en un tiempo lleno de emociones de incertidumbre, miedo y esperanza, mostrando de esta forma, la necesidad de ciertas capacidades en los docentes para llevar acabo y con éxito su práctica pedagógica. Por esta razón el objetivo de la investigación analizó la incidencia de la creatividad y capacidad socioemocional de 9 casos de docentes en Bogotá, y cómo estas inciden en su práctica pedagógica en el año 2020. Se utilizó el método inductivo, enfoque cualitativo, diseño fenomenológico y estudio de casos, alcanzando un nivel explicativo. La muestra fue selectiva, para la cual se escogieron 3 docentes de colegios oficiales, 3 docentes de colegios privados y 3 docentes de colegio en convenio. Se les aplicó el test TECA para medir inteligencia emocional, el test CREA para analizar la inteligencia creativa, checklist y entrevista a profundidad para analizar la categoría de práctica pedagógica. Cada uno de los instrumentos fue validado por 10 expertos en el área. La aplicación de instrumentos fue fraccionada, para no interrumpir el tiempo de trabajo de los docentes. la investigación fue fructífera para estudios posteriores de psicología educativa.
