Objective: To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and the quality of care in the emergency service of a Maternal and Child Center of the Minsa-Lima 2021 Methods: the study will be observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population is 105 nursing professionals from the Emergency Service of a Maternal and Child Center of the Minsa-Lima 2021 and the sample of 83 nursing professionals for data collection, the Maslach Burnout Inventory of 22 items will be used considering the following dimensions; Emotional Exhaustion (9 items); depersonalization (5 items) and professional frustration (8 items) for the case of the quality of care variable, a 22-item observation sheet will be used considering the following dimensions; Interpersonal component (10 items); technical component (6 items) and environmental component (6 items). The data will be statistically processed with Spearman's correlation coefficient and presented in tables and figures.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el síndrome de burnout y la calidad del cuidado en el servicio de emergencia de un Centro Materno Infantil del Minsa-Lima 2021 Métodos: el estudio será observacional, descriptivo, correlacional y transversal. la población es de por 105Enfermería del Servicio de Emergencia de un Centro Materno Infantil del Minsa-Lima 2021 y la muestra de 83 Enfermería para la recolección de datos se utilizará el Maslach Burnout Inventory de 22 items considerando las siguientes dimensiones; Cansancio Emocional (9 ítems); despersonalización (5 ítems) y frustración profesional (8 ítems) para el caso de la variable calidad del cuidado se usará una ficha de observación de 22 ítems considerando las siguientes dimensiones; Componente interpersonal (10 ítems); componente técnico (6 ítems) y componente del entorno (6 ítems). Los datos serán procesados estadísticamente con el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman y presentados en tablas y figuras.
