Resumen
Objective: To analyze the perception of humanized care and the level of satisfaction of postoperative patients in the general surgery department at Hipólito Unanue National Hospital, Lima, 2021. Materials and Methods: The study is descriptive, cross-sectional, and correlational. The population and sample will consist of 70 postoperative patients who will be hospitalized in the general surgery department at Hipólito Unanue National Hospital between July and November 2021, based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The survey technique will be used with the instrument that will measure the perception of humanized care, using a Likert scale validated by López G et al. in their study titled Perception of patients on nurse humanized care in the perioperative period at a public hospital in Huaraz - 2018. It consists of 22 items. The instrument that will measure the level of satisfaction of postoperative patients, validated by Ayerbe, K. et al. (2017), consists of 24 items grouped into two dimensions.
