It is of great concern for both private and public organizations to have a safety culture, since it is important to minimize the number of failures as adverse consequences of the care provided to the patient. Therefore, calculating them is essential in the creation of guidelines for improvement, thus guaranteeing that the care provided and the integrity and health of hospital patients is of quality.

Es de gran preocupación tanto para organizaciones privadas y públicas el contar de una cultura de seguridad, pues es importante minimizar la cantidad de fallas como consecuencias adversas por la atención otorgada al paciente. de manera que, calcularlas es indispensable en la creación de pautas para su mejora, garantizando así que la asistencia otorgada como la integridad y salud de los enfermos hospitalarios sea de calidad.
