Knowledge management tested new improvements and monitoring, acquired an expressive importance as an alteration factor, stimulated innovation and above all caused improvements in decision-making by creating new knowledge, its objective was to determine the influence of the knowledge management process and achievement of didactic competences in students of the National University of Cañete-2021, it was carried out with a hypothetical deductive methodology of the applied type with a quantitative approach of non-experimental design and level: descriptivecorrelational with a sample of 90 students from the school of Tourism and Hospitality administration, applying a questionnaire. It was obtained as an analyzed and statistically proven result that there is influence in the knowledge management process and the achievement of the didactic competences of the students of the tourism and hotel administration career of the National University of Cañete, with a statistically significant correlation of 0.920. Therefore, taking into account the coefficient of variability (r2 = 0, 846), it is assumed that the knowledge management process is determined by 84.6% with the achievement of didactic competences in the students of the tourism and hospitality career. from the National University of Cañete.
Resumen
La gestión del conocimiento probó nuevas mejoras y seguimiento, adquirió una importancia expresiva como factor de alteración, estimulo la innovación y sobre todo provoco mejoras en la toma de decisiones creando nuevos conocimientos, tuvo como objetivo, determinar la influencia del proceso de la gestión del conocimiento y logro de las competencias didácticas en estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional de Cañete-2021, se realizó con una metodología hipotético deductivo de tipo aplicada con un enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental y nivel: correlacionalcausal con una muestra de 90 estudiantes de la escuela de administración Turismo y Hotelería, aplicando un cuestionario. Se obtuvo como resultado analizados y estadísticamente probados que existe influencia en el proceso de gestión del conocimiento y el logro de las competencias didácticas de los estudiantes de la carrera administración turismo y hotelería de la Universidad Nacional de Cañete, con una correlación estadísticamente significativa de 0.920. Por consiguiente, teniendo en cuenta el coeficiente de variabilidad (r2= 0, 846) se asume que el proceso de gestión de conocimiento está determinado en un 84,6 % con el logro de las competencias didácticas en los estudiantes de la carrera turismo y hotelería de la Universidad Nacional de Cañete.
