Main objetive: To determine the relationship between humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction when discharged in the intensive care unit of a Public Hospital, Lima 2022. Methodology: The study is hypothetical-deductive, whit an approach quantitative. The nonprobabilistic demonstration was obtained at convenience, the sample was 108 patients. The personalized technique was the survery and as instruments, the Likert-type scale. Regarding the reliability of the Humanized Care variable, it has a Crombach´s Alpha of 0.98 and the reliability of the Patient Satisfaction variable has a Crombach´s Alpha of 0.753. Therefore, it is argued that the instrument is reliable.
Resumen
Objetivo principal: Determinar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente en condición de alta en la unidad de cuidados intensivos de un Hospital Público, Lima 2022. Metodología: El estudio es hipotético – deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo. Se utilizará el muestreo no probabilístico a conveniencia, la muestra estará conformada por 108 pacientes. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y como instrumentos, la escala tipo Likert. Respecto a la confiabilidad de la variable Cuidado Humanizado tiene como Alfa de Cronbach 0,98 y la confiabilidad de la variable Satisfacción del Paciente tiene como Alfa de Cronbach 0,753. Por lo cual se sostiene que el instrumento es confiable.
