Resumen
Objective: To determine how the perception of the quality of care is related to the satisfaction of the relatives of patients. Methodological Design: it is a work with the Hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, non-experimental correlational cross-sectional methodology. The population will be made up of direct relatives of patients who are hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit, according to the number of the population, we will work with the entire population according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The information will be collected through the survey applying two questionnaires. These instruments are valid and reliable since they come from studies already carried out in the context of Peruvian health, likewise the information will be processed in Excel and then analyzed using the SPSS statistical program, applying descriptive and inferential analysis presenting the data in double-checking tables. input and the hypotheses will be contrasted with Spearman's Rho Statistical Correlation Test, having a significance level of p < 0.05. Throughout the research process, ethical research conduct will be adhered to, respecting the universal principles of bioethics.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar como la percepción de la calidad de atención se relaciona con la satisfacción del familiar de pacientes. Diseño Metodológico: es un trabajo con la metodología Hipotético-deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicada, no experimental correlacional de corte transversal, La población estará constituida por los familiares directos de pacientes que se encuentren internados en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos, de acuerdo con el numero de la población se trabajará con toda la población de acuerdo con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La información se recogerá a través de la encuesta aplicando dos cuestionarios. Estos instrumentos son válidos y confiables ya que provienen de estudios ya realizados en el contexto de la salud peruana, asimismo la información será procesada en Excel para luego ser analizada utilizado el programa estadístico SPSS, aplicando análisis descriptivo e inferencial presentando los datos en tablas de doble entrada y las hipótesis se contrastarán con la Prueba Estadística de Correlación Rho de Spearman, teniendo un nivel de significancia de p < 0.05. durante todo el proceso de investigación se actuará apegado a una conducta de investigación ética, respetando los principios de bioética universales.
