In nursing practice, work performance is defined as the demonstration of the functions and responsibilities assumed in the exercise of their profession, which contributes to meet the needs of the patient, family and health team in general, where the technical, professional and ethical influence received during their training and improvement, is expressed in the alternatives of the quality of the work adopted. This applies to the work of the patient's records, which the nurse performs to also demonstrate the quality of his or her practice. Therefore, the present study has as OBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship between the quality of electronic nursing records and work performance in the Intensive Care Unit of a Hospital in Lima-2023. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A quantitative, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional research will be carried out. We will work with 80 nurses working in the Intensive Care Unit of a public hospital in Lima. To measure the two variables, observation will be used as a technique and an observation guide for the two variables Solís (2019) In the descriptive statistics, tables and frequency figures will be elaborated with the results. Inferential statistics will be used to calculate parameters and test population hypotheses. Once tested, the data will be entered into the SPSS application for analysis and interpretation. To statistically examine the relationship between the two key variables, Spearman's Rho will be used.
Resumen
En la práctica de enfermería, el desempeño laboral se define como la demostración de las funciones y responsabilidades asumidas en el ejercicio de su profesión, que contribuye a satisfacer las necesidades del paciente, familiares y equipo de salud en general, donde la influencia técnica, profesional y ética recibida durante su formación y perfeccionamiento, se expresa en las alternativas de la calidad del trabajo adoptado. Esto aplica para la labor de los registros del paciente, los cuales realiza el enfermero (a) para demostrar también la calidad de su ejercicio. Por ello, el presente estudio tiene como OBJETIVO: Determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad de los registros electrónicos de enfermería y el desempeño laboral en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de un Hospital de Lima-2023. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: Se seguirá una investigación cuantitativa, de tipo descriptivo, correlacional y corte transversal. Se trabajará con 80 enfermeros (as) que laboran en la Unidad de Cuidados intensivos de un Hospital Público de Lima. Para medir las dos variables se utilizará la observación como técnica y una guía de observación para las dos variables Solís (2019) En la estadística descriptiva se elaborarán tablas y cifras de frecuencia con los resultados. La estadística inferencial se utilizará para calcular parámetros y probar hipótesis poblacionales. Una vez comprobados, los datos se introducirán en la aplicación SPSS para su análisis e interpretación. Para examinar estadísticamente la relación entre las dos variables clave, se empleará la Rho de Spearman
