To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practices of exclusive breastfeeding in primiparous mothers at the Barranca hospital - 2022 ”. Population: 184 primiparous mothers with children under six months of age who attend the growth and development and immunizations clinic at the Barranca hospital. Sample: 125 primiparous mothers with children under six months of age. Methodological design: The type of study will be applied, the hypothetical deductive method and the quantitative approach; while the design will be correlational, observational and cross-sectional. The technique that will be used will be the survey; as an instrument to measure knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding, a questionnaire designed by Quispe Huarcaya Lisbet Karen el Perú in 2019 will be applied and to measure the practice of exclusive breastfeeding, a questionnaire designed by the Ministry of Health of Peru will be applied. The information processing will be carried out in the SPSS version 26 program, where the descriptive analysis will be carried out, with the support of tables and graphs and the inferential analysis, using the Spearman Rho test.
Resumen
Determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimientos y prácticas de la lactancia materna exclusiva, en madres primigestas en el hospital de Barranca – 2022”. Población: 184 madres primigestas con niños menores de seis meses que acuden al consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo e inmunizaciones del hospital de Barranca. Muestra: 125 madres primigestas con niños menores de seis meses. Diseño metodológico: El tipo de estudio será de aplicada, el método hipotético deductivo y el enfoque cuantitativo; mientras que el diseño será correlacional, observacional y trasversal. la técnica que se utilizará la se utilizará la encuesta; como instrumento para medir el conocimiento sobre lactancia materna exclusiva se aplicará un cuestionario diseñando por Quispe Huarcaya Lisbet Karen el Perú en el año 2019 y para medir la práctica de lactancia materna exclusiva se aplicará un cuestionario diseñan por el Ministerio de Salud del Perú. El procesamiento de la información se realizar en el programa SPSS versión 26, donde se llevará acabo el análisis descriptivo, con apoyo de tablas y gráficos y el análisis3 inferencial, mediante la prueba Rho de Spearman
