Introduction: The concern at present in health is not only the prevention of damages but also the protection of the nursing professional with the incorporation of biosafety measures in the workplace, as well as the attitude in favor of compliance with these in favor of health. health of the patient and of the same professional. Objective: To determine the level of knowledge and the relationship that exists with the attitudes of the nursing staff at the Hospital Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta. Trujillo, 2023. Method: Descriptive, cross-sectional correlational. The sample consisted of 80 workers. Two instruments will be used. One will assess the level of knowledge and the other the attitudes. The reliability of these instruments will be determined using Kuder-Richardson (KR.20) for the level of knowledge and Cronbach's alpha for the level of attitude and to see the relationship between the two, the Fisher's Exact Test (P.E.F). Statistical significance will be determined. If p<0.05, the null hypothesis is rejected. During the investigation, ethical principles will be respected.
Resumen
Introducción: La preocupación en la actualidad en salud no únicamente es la prevención de daños sino la protección del profesional en enfermería con la incorporación de las medidas de bioseguridad en el ámbito laboral, así como la actitud en favor del cumplimento de éstas para favor de la salud del paciente y del mismo profesional. Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento y la relación que existe con las actitudes del personal de enfermería, en el Hospital Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta. Trujillo, 2023. Método: Descriptivo, correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 80 trabajadores. Se usará dos instrumentos. Uno evaluará el nivel de conocimientos y el otro las actitudes. La confiabilidad de dichos instrumentos se determinará mediante kuder- Richardson (KR.20) para el nivel de conocimientos y alfa de Cronbach para el nivel de actitud y para ver la relación entre ambos la Prueba Exacta de Fisher (P.E.F).
