Resumen
The objective of this study work is to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and satisfaction of the cancer patient in the emergency service of the Specialized Institute of Lima - 2023. The research will be developed with the quantitative approach of the hypothetical method deductive, type, applied, with a non-experimental, observational design, correlational level and cross section where the data is collected in only time. The study population will be represented by a total of 225 patients who attend the emergency service, the survey technique will be used for data collection and will be applied through the questionnaire for variable 1 "Quality of care provided by the professional of nursing in the emergency service", for variable 2 questionnaire to "Evaluate the satisfaction of the cancer patient in the emergency service", prior to this an informed consent, the information obtained through the questionnaires will then be entered into a database of data designed in a program; Excel where they will be processed through statistical tables and graphs for further analysis and presentation. The results will be of great importance, as they will allow us to know if the quality of care that cancer patients receive from nursing results in satisfaction after being treated; in, the emergency service.
Resumen
El objetivo del presente trabajo de estudio tiene la finalidad de determinar la relación existente entre calidad de atención de enfermería y satisfacción del paciente oncológico en el servicio de emergencia del Instituto Especializado de Lima - 2023. La investigación se desarrollará con el enfoque cuantitativo de método hipotético deductivo, tipo, aplicada, con diseño no experimental, observacional, de nivel correlacional y corte transversal donde los datos se recogen en un solo tiempo. La población de estudio estará representada por un total de 225 pacientes que acuden al servicio de emergencia, se utilizara la técnica de la encuesta para la recolección de los datos y se aplicara por medio del cuestionario para variable 1 “Calidad de atención que brinda el profesional de enfermería en el servicio de emergencia”, para la variable 2 cuestionario para “Evaluar la satisfacción del paciente oncológico en el servicio de emergencia”, previo a ello un consentimiento informado, la información obtenida a través de los cuestionarios serán luego ingresados a una base de datos diseñada en un programa; Excel donde serán procesados a través de tablas y gráficos estadísticos para su posterior análisis y presentación. Los resultados serán de gran importancia que permitirán conocer si la calidad de atención que recibe el paciente oncológico por parte de enfermería resulta para el satisfecho después de ser atendido; en, el servicio de emergencia.
