Objective: is to determine the relationship between ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal diseases of the nursing professional in the emergency area of the Ramon Castilla II Hospital. Methods: the study will be hypothetical - deductive, quantitative approach, descriptive, correlational design. A census sample of 30 nursing assistants who work in the emergency area of the Ramon Castilla II Hospital will be intentionally taken. The instruments that will be used to measure the variables will be the ergonomic risk questionnaire and traumatological evaluation of musculoskeletal diseases in the nursing professional, prepared by Rut Catalina Epiquien Rojas, at the Federico Villarreal National University. Likewise, to carry out the data processing and analysis plan, it will be done through the use of the Microsoft Excel 2019 Program and the SPSS vs. 26.0 Statistical Program to be presented in tables and / or graphs; in which descriptive statistics will be applied; parametric and non-parametric tests will be performed, normal distribution of the variables; and for the hypothesis test or relationship between the study variables, the Spearman Correlation Test (Rho) will be used.
Resumen
Objetivo: es determinar la relación que existe entre los riesgos ergonómicos y las enfermedades músculo esqueléticas del profesional en enfermería en el área de emergencia del hospital II Ramon Castilla. Métodos: el estudio será hipotético - deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, diseño correlacional. de forma intencional se tomará una muestra censal de 30 enfermeras asistenciales que trabajan en el área de emergencias del hospital II Ramon Castilla. Los instrumentos que se usarán para medir las variables serán el cuestionario de riesgos ergonómicos y evaluación traumatológica de las enfermedades músculo esqueléticas en el Enfermería, elaborado por Rut Catalina Epiquien Rojas, en la Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal. Asimismo, para realizar el plan de procesamiento y análisis de datos se hará mediante el uso del Programa Microsoft Excel 2019 y el Programa Estadístico SPSS vs. 26.0 para ser presentados en tablas y/o gráficos; en la cual se aplicará la estadística descriptiva; se realizará las pruebas paramétricas y no paramétricas, distribución normal de las variables; y para la prueba de hipótesis o relación entre las variables de estudio se utilizará la Prueba de Correlación de Spearman (Rho).
