Publicación Acceso abierto Uso de plataforma virtual y satisfacción estudiantil en la Escuela de posgrado de una universidad privada en tiempos del covid-19, 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-24) Arce Estacio, Juan Peter; Venegas Mejía, Valia LuzThe main objective of the study was "to determine the relationship between the use of the virtual platform and student satisfaction in the Graduate School of a private university in times of COVID19, 2020". The research approach was quantitative, applied type, non-experimental design and correlational level. The sample consisted of 102 master students from the Graduate School of University Teaching at a private university in Lima. The technique to collect the data was the survey and as an instrument a questionnaire to measure the use of the virtual platform, having a reliability of Cronbach's Alpha of 0.701 and for the second variable student satisfaction the standardized questionnaire PSSUQ (POST-STUDY SYSTEM USABILITY) was applied. QUESTIONNAIRE) V.3 of IBM, the reliability of this instrument through Cronbach's Alpha was 0.919. Both instruments were validated by five experts. Results: A significant and positive relationship was found between the use of the virtual platform and student satisfaction, given that the bilateral significance was 0.000 less than 0.05 and a Spearman's Rho of 0.606, which indicated a moderate positive relationship between the variables, concluding under this finding that the better use of the virtual platform, the master students presented better levels of student satisfaction.
